I had my own parts and told them what needed to be done. Hours later the customer service called me asking what was wrong with the truck. I clearly told them to charge the battery on the truck and replace the alternator. They were convinced there was something else wrong with the truck. After finding nothing wrong the truck and completing the tasks for fixing the alternator the truck was done.
