Comment : They WILL take advantage of you, especially if you are a single woman who shows up alone. They charged me $1200 to replace my brakes. When I called them out on it they said they changed my rotors (which was completely unnecessary, I would never allow my brakes to get that bad, nor did I ask for this). The man also spoke to me like I was a clueless child who didn t understand the value of my vehicle during the process. I also brought them my car on a Thursday and had to wait the entire weekend until Monday to pick up my car. Slowest service I ve ever experienced. I was very understanding and ok with this and they STILL took advantage of me. The sad part is I had trusted this shop, and brought them continued business, for the last 20 years since I began driving. This is no longer anywhere you should bring your vehicle to for any service.To follow up with this misleading response: I had a professional mechanic tell me (which I told you, Logan, on the phone) that the prices they charged were completely inflated and should have been no more than $600 for a brake job (again, no rotors should have been changed as I immediately brought my car as soon as I heard noise). I did fact check with Chat GPT before reaching out to Tire World and it did confirm I was severely overcharged. Chat GPT said that a brake change on a 2018 Lexus RX350 in Louisiana should cost only $400-500 total. This business lies and is not to be trusted. Comment : Hard to find reliable and honest repair shops but I have had consistently great service at Tire World. The gentlemen here are honest and don t try to sell you things you don t need. Service is quick and staff is friendly and knowledgeable, helping me with issues other shops misdiagnosed. Highly recommend!

Comment : It's a big country, and people have all kinds of viewpoints and political affiliations. I respect that.But you should really keep it to yourself, I don't appreciate the signs, and the notes, and sitting in a waiting room with questionable commentary being blasted at me. I'm sure the owner doesn't care about this, or else he wouldn't have it on and wouldn't have written the snarky signs. But I'll take my business somewhere else.
