Comment : I’ve used Michael at Tire Trax for several years now! Thankfully they don’t just service tires! I also get my oil change there as well! He’s honest, reliable, and gets me in and out! Oh, and my daughter loves the complimentary fresh popped popcorn! 😅👍🏽

Comment : Just wanted to say how grateful I am of this place, I m a single mother, and have been having car trouble and had been to 3 different places trying to get it fixed. I ve spent so much money with no results. Well my car finally gave out in Hattiesburg yesterday. And I had it towed to Tire Trax because they were the closest place. We got there around 3pm. Their mechanic had me up and going by 6. They stayed late to get me back going again! No complaints, no attitude because they were getting off late, extremely nice and even had a changing station in their bathroom!! What!!?? I had an hr drive home and not one single issue with my car! That mechanic definitely knows his stuff! Comment : Do not use these people unless you want to pay more than you were quoted. Saw a few bad reviews about charging more than originally quoted so I called two different times to make sure I received the same quote. Received the same quote both days. Scheduled an appointment to bring my truck and have a leveling kit installed and tires I purchased elsewhere mounted and balanced. When I called for a quote it was 440 for the leveling kit, installation and front end alignment. Tires mounted and balanced were quoted as 25 per tire. Go up to counter to pay when service was finished and received a 748.00 fee. When they billed everything out the alignment was an EXTRA 100 bucks along with tires mounted and balanced being 35 each instead of 25 ea. Lady said the quote was for checking alignment not performing an alignment. Stated tires were 35 not 25 as quoted. I told her I called twice to make sure quote was correct, she then just says that's the prices. If you want to be ripped off and overcharged once service is performed by all means go do business with these people.
