Comment : They told me they did work they clearly didn't. I called to question it and I was told they "may have forgotten some stuff." They are just checking boxes and charging customers but there is no accountability or concern for competency. When I called, they never once asked my name, or when I came in, or even who the technician was. These are details you only concern yourself with if you are actually planning to fix the issue. They don't care, they probably get these calls all the time and they have no plans to do anything differently. I would not trust your vehicle to these people.
