Comment : These guys were very helpful and accommodating! I didn't have an appointment but they worked me in, which was very helpful since I had a screw deep in the tread of my tire and it was leaking air. This is the second time that I came to them and both times they took care of me quickly. And they were nice, didn't act put out at all. That is almost as important to me as getting the tire repaired. Comment : I have been a client of this facility for almost 20 years. They have been servicing my businesses fleet of vehicles without any issues. Rick has retired and we will miss him. Scott Hicks has filled his position and has been excellent to work with. The service is excellent. I trust this repair shop with all of my vehicle repairs. They are honest and sincere. They DO NOT try to sell you shit that you dont need. I know i pay a little more then the local Auto Shop but its worth it to me because the repair will be done properly and they will stand behind them. Comment : Edit: after speaking with the owner about my issues he was willing to help make it right and though it was too late to fix the biggest issues with the transmission lines and thermostat he offered a refund on the original service and to cover the cost of a few of the items we had originally needed done including the engine filter and 20 lugs being replaced.Did a pre-purchase inspection on a car they found a couple minor issues. Said transmission fluid was low and recommended doing nothing with that but that the vehicle was good besides a few minor issues so i bought it. Next day engine light is on and I take it into another shop and transmission fluid is leaking bad and there was almost none left. And thermostat was not working which was not even mentioned in the report. Just those 2 things cost me over $800 plus having to get a rental car and not even counting the other $300 or so they quoted to fix the other items and I had not even had the car 24 hours.
