Comment : I had a tire blow out as I was driving from our house on Lake Erie to a doctor’s appointment in North Canton and needed a set of tires put on my car the next day. I called Tire Source first thing in the morning and they were putting new tires on my car by nine o’clock that morning and I was on my way to our house on the lake before noon. Everyone at Tire Source was very helpful and professional. They helped me out in my time of need and provided me with a great set of tires.

Comment : I went in for an oil change and they weren't able to do it because of problems removing the skid plate or worries of being able to put it back on successfully. The guy who usually does my oil changes who is temporarily unavailable never has a problem getting it off, doing the oil change, and putting it back on. But I was respectful about it and told them I would just go elsewhere. Later the next morning I was still smelling oil while driving my car and discovered when opening the hood that they never put the oil cap back on and the oil spilled all over my engine. Although they were able to partially de-grease it the next morning for free after recognizing their mistske, you could tell they didn't truly care and the service manager never took the initiative to apologize first. They will continue to get plenty of business without me of course, but I am one less customer they will ever have due to their incompetence and lack of caring. Lastly, I was able to get the oil change done elsewhere and there weren't any problems but unfortunately I had to pay 60 dollars extra to get it more thoroughly de-greased.

Comment : Absolute horrible place if you want to get charged $70 to mount two tires when I’ve gone to many other shops and got them changed for $20-$30 go here. Also, if you want them to lie to your face about how much and how hard it is to do a job come here. I was told they would have to take the entire caliper apart to replace a stud. I have done this exact same job on this exact car previously and it took me all of 15 minutes to get done and I did it myself. No special equipment no special tools just by myself. The part cost three dollars and they want to charge you 90 to do that job. Horrible customer service.
Edit to original post: I got a call back from this company today telling me they would do the service for less but instead of being understanding of where I am coming from they talked to me as if I was stupid and had no idea what I was talking about about, I don’t appreciate being talked to in this way and then they proceed to tell me quote “ we will do the job but I do not appreciate being blasted on the internet” if you do not want an honest review you should treat your customers with respect is what I had mentioned to them and they acted if I was trying to lie about what had been said which is totally not true and they continue to lie to me about how hard the job is to be completed . Totally disrespectful.

Comment : Jeep tire had a slow air leak. Tech Gabe found out what was causing it and fixed it without having to buy a new tire! Staff was cool and courteous. Thanx a bunch yall.
