Comment : Rare. Please read on about an incredible auto service experience in Streetsboro. Asked for a price via web. Next morning to the penny with tax in. Asked if I could / wanted to come in that day...Staff were professional and nice. Kept me in the loop too.
I came in. 1.5 hours start to finish and estimate turned bill was to the penny. Clean. Large waiting area with plugs, chargers, coffee. Wal Mart right next door if you get bored waiting. I heard they had a shuttle too. Price was a titch on the high end, but within reason. For all the NO DRAMA and ease of all, it was worth it.
Oh. And great job on the brakes. I can stop now without hitting something first...

Comment : I had a great experience here at tire choice.....staff was very kind and informative, Shawnti was so sweet she gave me detailed options for further repairs needed. They even send images via text so you can actually SEE what is going on with your vehicle in the garage, not just having to take their word for it. I highly recommend this shop...they are not out to beat you in no way. The shop was clean, they provide tv, coffee, magazines and water while you wait. I haven't even driven off yet and I am confident that I will not be disappointed.
