Comment : I stopped by this morning for an emergency tire repair, every place along my drive told me they couldn't get to it until this afternoon. From the moment I walked in, I new this place was different. Natalia saw my desperation and immediately addressed my needs. She grabbed a very polite young man named Ashton and he said no problem give him 30 min.
I realize that everyone is busy and my emergency doesn't constitute one on their end. But I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond for me this morning! You've gained a customer for life! ❤

Comment : I wish it were possible to give a negative rating! They charged me 240.00 to tell me what was wrong with my car. I told them it was making a loud noise. They said 300.00 will fix it. 300.00 later still making the same sound! Do not trust these guys! They will rob you blind and charge you for it!

Comment : Spoke with a young lady i believe her name was Alyssa. I called and asked if she could give pricing for a problem I’m having with my car. She asked if they ever serviced my
Vehicle i stated no. She replied well no i can’t give any pricing. Ok that’s fine but what i didn’t like she didn’t offer other options, didn’t say “ well if you can bring the Vehicle in we can possibly help you. No suggestions, no advice no anything. Very unprofessional

Comment : I am incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with your work. I brought my car in for a front brake pad change, and you quoted me at $1,300. My car left the shop unsafe to drive, and your technicians knew that. I will not be recommending your service to anyone. On the contrary I will be recommending anybody I come across to avoid you.
