Comment : I phoned TLC the day prior to see if they had any open appointments for an inspection. The woman who answered was so incredibly polite in stating they did not, but I was welcome to come by and they'd do their best to fit me in. I did come and they fit me in so quickly!! Minimal wait time, very polite staff and welcoming & clean waiting area. I'd whole-heartedly recommend this business!!!

Comment : Scheduled for a coolant flush and oil change in our 32' motorhome. I stated I had the oil and filter. We brought it in the day before the appointment so it was already there for its appointment first thing in the morning. When we dropped it off I again stated when checking in that we provided the oil and filter for the oil change. My husband was literally right beside me when I said it! We got just back in my truck and had a call from the lady I had just spoke to... she asked if this service was for the 2018 or 2020 Ram, I said, neither 😑 I said it's for the motorhome that has an E-450 ford engine..... her reply was oh F-150? Holy crap NO! Oh she says you must mean king ranch.... good lord NO! Clearly she had no clue. I almost went back inside to get my keys.... I said again as per my initial call for this appointment it's for 32" motorhome that has a Ford E-450 engine that needs a coolant flush and oil change! She said ok yes, got it. Goodness.... We got a call the next morning about 8:30 saying it was ready. Ok good. We drove into town to get it. I have a second set of keys so we looked things over before going in... the oil and filter I provided and requested they use multiple times was still in the front passenger side right where I told them it would be... we went in to finish out this appointment. I asked why the oil and filter wasn't used. The guy went to go ask the mechanic and he stated he was never told. I pointed directly to my husband and said he was right beside me when I said it! Then proceeded to ask me in a condescending way "what kind of oil does it take?" Wtf kind of question is that? I said 5w20! Then said well it's not like it'll never need another oil change..... let me just say I don't know who you hire to work your front desks but first off they need to have the basic knowledge of what they're dealing with. I get treated like I don't know what I'm talking about, then deal with a condescending jackass boy who wants to talk down to me.... I don't know this kids name, it doesn't state it on the paperwork. We will never be back and I'd suggest anyone else find another place.

Comment : I did an unscheduled drop-in with a tire pressure warning light on and a lower than normal rear tire. In spite of mot being scheduled, TLC said they could get to it sometime today. Well, sometime today turned out to be a short 2 hour turn around. These guys are friendly, courteous and efficient. And they even welcomed my dog Beau inside their store at pick up time. Thanks TLC.

Comment : I hate calling places so I was excited that I could book a state inspection online, haha! It was quick and easy and the price was great too! Will definitely be back. The staff was very attentive to everyone that came in while I waited for my car.
