Comment : Paid kbb fair value for the truck and it s running strong after 10,000 miles and working hard a good bit. No problems with the truck but had some problems well purchasing it I was promised a plow to go with it but they then told me later they didn t have it (the purchase price was lowered because of that) I was also promised 2 keys and I never got a second one. I was promised a plow controller, and also was promised a sweatshirt and like I m not made I don t get that but it s the fact when I was test driving and deciding on the price I was given a lot of false promises but when I came back after the weekend to pay and pick up the truck a lot of promises were not delivered on. Would I purchase from Tim s again? Comment : I have mixed feelings on this place, I bought my truck (not as is by the way) here a few months ago and it was great at first. The salesman was awesome and the finance part was great, very straight forward and easy, not even the next day after my purchase, my trucks ebrake was stuck, and I couldn t even get to work, I had to get a tow to go back and fix it, they fixed it and the ebrake has worked good after that, how ever it also had a bunch of little issues that was not stated about the truck and weren t visible at the time when I bought it, my fan blower wouldn t work unless it was on high, it made a terrible rattle noise when in idle, my suspension made a loud squeak on every bump, I brought it in and they fixed everything except the blower motor, they said thats common in Toyotas when it s cold that they won t work right come to find out that is complete bs and it was a my blower motor resistor. Didn t even seem like he tried to look. Also the communication with the service center was terrible, unless you talk to Amber, Amber should get a raise. Other then her they completely pushed me away and would put me on hold for hours until I hung up. They did this multiple times and it really showed me that they don t wanna deal with customers that spent a lot of money at their dealership. They also told me I couldn t get a rental car when I brought it in for the ebrake issue, but then I contacted my salesman and he was able to get one to me right away, this place doesn t have good communication in the slightest, save you re time and money and just go to a real dealership.I have mixed feelings on this place, I bought my truck (not as is by the way) here a few months ago and it was great at first.
