I brought my vehicle in a few months ago for a 60-point inspection, during which I was informed that several parts needed to be replaced. I trusted their assessment and paid for the recommended repairs. However, just a couple of months later, my car began experiencing issues again. After taking it to a different mechanic, I was told that the exact same parts that were supposedly replaced are now failing or were not properly addressed.

This raises serious concerns about the quality and integrity of the work performed.

Additionally, my experience at the shop was highly unprofessional. One of the mechanics, Chase, appeared extremely erratic—constantly running around and yelling unrelated things during the short time I was there. It created an uncomfortable and concerning environment.( you tell me looks like he was on drugs) The front desk staff were also unwelcoming and did not make me feel like a valued customer.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the service and the professionalism displayed. I would not recommend this shop to others based on my experience.

Comment : Amazing experience with Tim?s yesterday. First off everyone is super, super kind. They fit me in for a flat repair within minutes and went above and beyond by filling up all of my tires. While I was there, they were helping another woman who was having an issue with her car that was barely out of warranty and telling her how to go about getting it repaired by the manufacturer under warranty. They are patient, kind and incredibly helpful humans. Take your car here. You won?t regret it!

Comment : I cannot say enough good things about this shop.

From the beginning, they treated me like a person, not a transaction. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand, answered my questions without rushing me, and never once made me feel pressured or upsold.

What really stood out to me is their honesty and integrity. They?ve consistently worked to keep costs as low as possible and have been fully transparent about what actually needed to be done versus what can wait. That kind of trust is rare in the auto world.

Their customer service is exceptional. They follow up, check in, and genuinely care about making sure everything is running well after the work is done. You can tell they?re not there to take advantage of people.. they?re actually there to help.

For comparison, another shop across the street wanted $400 just to LOOK at my vehicle (diagnostics). Yikes!

If you?re looking for a repair shop that is honest, skilled, reasonably priced, and treats you with respect, this is the place to go. Good mechanics are hard to find.. good people even more so. I?m extremely grateful I found both here, and I'm proud to refer others to them as my mechanic.
