Comment : It was easy to make an appointment. The appointment took place soon after I called and at a time convenient to me. I waited for my car and the work was done much quicker than I was told it might take. The people at Tice's were all polite, helpful, caring, considerate, interested, and remembered what I services I asked to be performed when I called to make the appointment. The check out process was quick and easy with my AAA discount being applied without question. Many of my senior citizen friends have used this facility for years, referring them to others. I agree that this is the best local automotive shop in this area. I trust the work that was performed and appreciated that they thanked me for suing their business. I will use them in the future for all my automotive needs. When I was looking for a new set of 4 tires, one of the men suggested what he considered the best tires for my particular car and those tires have worked out very well. The people at Tice's Automotive gave me and my car Excellent Service!
