Comment : My husband and I bought our Expedition here last year and it has been the perfect car for our growing family! At the time of purchase, I was 9 months pregnant with a toddler and in a car that was consistently unreliable. When we decided we needed to get a new one before baby #2 was born, we had been recommended to go here to get what we wanted. We were there for a few hours with my toddler son and their kids room and fish tank helped keep him occupied during the process of purchasing our car. I’ve been back twice to get it serviced and both times have been seamless and quick. I highly recommend shopping here for a Ford!

Comment : Theodore Robbins service needs to hire a new manager that actually cares about helping Ford owners. Not sure if they were bought out or what but something definitely changed over there. I have been going to this dealer for over 30 years and the once helpful attitude has disappeared. When you call to schedule service and they ask you "Did you buy the truck here?" that is the dealers passive aggressive way of telling you to take it somewhere else. I called a different dealer in the area and was welcomed without any attitude or hesitation. By the way, my grandfather worked directly under Henry Ford and then retired so it hurts to see the brand diminish and no loyalty to a lifelong customer.
