Comment : 8/15/2025 bring in 2016 subaru forester oil change spark plug replacer and cooling flush and replace serpentine belt they gave free loaner car and next day at 1030am completed fixed this for sure they are best repair shop in new hampshire where they put the customer come first super great service thank you

Comment : Called in the morning after my car needed a jump and they had me bring it right in. Called me later that morning to let me know wjat they checked and the results. Also told me what else they would do to be sure an issue wasnt missed. I let them know my trunk wasnt opening and perhaps a light from that was causing the issue. Later they called to let me know they worked on the trunk seal, cleaned and lube the latch and it was now working. They were communicative, thorough, and chlarged a fair and reasonable price for the time spent on looking into the issue. They also provided shuttle service which was so appreciated.

Comment : Got an oil change here and they spilled it all over my engine and skid plate on my Crosstrek, resulting in smoke and a terrible smell that lasted for months. +1 star because they were honest about the mistake and did try to clean it, although it wasn't that effective. But in any case, messing up that basic of a service is just inexcusable.

I had been going here for years but learned when I paid at the front desk that this place is under new ownership. I hope they can turn it around, but personally I won't be going back.

Comment : Great experience today at the Specialists! They were able to get my AC back in working order at a very reasonable price and performed the work in a short period of time. They also suggested my inspection sticker was coming up and knocked that off at the same time and saved me another trip.
