Comment : I had taken my car to the dealership and they told me it was a rodent damage issue that was going to cost me $10,000 to get fixed. I took it to Jared at The Specialists Auto and him and his team managed to fix it for $1,700. Throughout the whole process, he made sure that I was updated at every step of the way. He was honest about how much it would cost and it even ended up costing less than his initial estimate. Given that I'm not a very knowledgable person when it comes to cars, he made sure to explain very clearly exactly what the issue was and what procedures he was going to take to take care of it.

Comment : I was waiting for my inspection to get finished. I had plenty of company. A lady named Carol and I would talk and we would joke back and forth with the "boys" at the counter, when they were not on the phone or focused on other work they had to do. I asked about my tire light that stays on. On the driver side door says 32psi, I took my CRV to several places. - 32psi always. They put in 35psi and the light is off. I need new spark plugs, I told them I would come back.
Talking and joking with them was great. I do feel they are honest.

I cannot express my gratitude to the new management of the specialists automotive. It has been a bumpy road, but Jared, Rico and Brittany have been a God send. What truly stood out was their commitment to going above and beyond. Not only did they fix my transmission but had a loaner set up for me as well. Their transparency and dedication to quality service are evident, and i felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands.
