Comment : I have been a costumers of The Specialist for over a decade. My wife took her car in for an oil change, they attempted to sell her windshield wipers for $100. She asked them to fill her tires because of the cold weather her light went off. They got their $100 as they convinced her she needed a new sensor. The new owners proved my fear true, mechanics prey and take advantage of people that lack knowledge We are only one household but will not be going back. Time to find someone who has integrity

Comment : This is the best experience I have ever had. Convenient location. Super easy and everyone is very friendly and nice. They are very knowledgable and efficient. For an automotive place it is clean comfortable and has a very nice waiting area equipped with coffee and water. I’m new to the area and this is where I will obtain my automotive needs.

Comment : Had a price/quote - told them to go ahead. - Dropped it of on Monday10.27.25 and was told it would be ready Tuesday afternoon 10.28. - Seems they had a problem with a pick-up - they never touched my car & never let me know. - Took it to another shop - stay away from this outfit.

Comment : I love the personal touch they keep with customers. Only complaint would be the always positive attitude sometimes can hurt when you might feel they oversold the capabilities they possess due to lack of access to some dealer only systems. Otherwise this would be a 5

Comment : After getting a price/quote on repairing a head gasket problem on my car Monday morning 10.27.25 - I gave the go ahead. - They said they could start that afternoon. The car would be ready "late afternoon" Tuesday 10.28.25. - After not hearing from them by late afternoon Tuesday 10.28.25 I called them. - Seems they were having a problem with a Ford-250 and hadn't even stated to work on my car. I was told it would be another couple of days. - After hearing this I took my car to another shop. - DO NOT trust this outfit. - Unfortunately they isn't a rating of less that one star.
