Comment : I was called early in the morning about needing to do a diagnostic on my car to see the problems (besides me telling them that the diagnostic results that I previously had was in my glove department) desperate, I allowed them to proceed anyways. Later that day they called back informing me that my battery life was on 4% and it will cost $500 to replace it. After doing my research I witnessed a significant up-charge to the service (batteries alone only cost around $100). I told them I do not wish to proceed and I will pick up my car. I called AAA for a replacement of my battery but when they checked they said my battery life was at 90-80% (showing this auto service had lied). My battery was wired up terribly so I asked the Fleet service to check it to see what they did wrong. When the mechanic came out, he told me they did not touch my battery or even open my trunk. So how is it that they charged me for a diagnostic and reported that my battery life was at 5% without ever looking at or touching my battery? Very suspicious and not trust worthy. Will not be going back. However, the mechanic who did eventually look at my battery to make sure things were somewhat in good condition before I left was very nice.

Comment : I can't recommend Lehigh Fleet Services enough! My girlfriend and I were traveling from Rhode Island to Ohio when we unexpectedly broke down late at night. We were stressed and worried, particularly because I had an oil leak that needed an O-ring part. Just when it seemed like all hope was lost, AJ and the skilled mechanic at Lehigh Fleet Services came to the rescue.

They worked tirelessly to locate the O-ring part and managed to repair my car that morning, despite having a full schedule of vehicles to service. Their kindness, respect, and thorough work truly stood out. They went above and beyond to help us in our time of need, and for that, we are incredibly grateful. If you're ever in a bind or need trustworthy auto service, Lehigh Fleet Services is the place to go!

Comment : The service at Lehigh fleet services is out of this world. AJ and the mechanic were our heroes when my partner and I broke down on the highway during a road trip in the middle of the night. We were from out of town and stuck with no where to go. We had our car towed to Lehigh after hours, got a random hotel, and prayed that Lehigh would be able to help us in the morning! The next morning AJ was so kind when we explained our predicament. Even though it was a Saturday and they had a very busy schedule ahead of them, AJ and the mechanic were so gracious as to help us out and fix up our car so we were back on the road! We would have been stranded there for days if it weren't for their hard work and compassion. We cannot thank and recommend Lehigh fleet services enough!

Comment : Been driving around with 2 bad rear wheel bearings for 1.5mo and was being quoted $1900+
Called LFS and they quoted me something VERY affordable. AJ at the front desk was an amazing help and gave great info I needed. Fabienee the boss was kind and friendly. Nelson and Mike (guy working on my car) are also very helpful and kind. I would definitely come back for more services when in the area and would definitely recommend them.

Comment : I visited this repair shop for the first time this past weekend. I had inspection/emissions done, oil change and tire rotation. I was able to get scheduled online via email, which was very helpful for me. The entire staff was friendly and kind. I was given up front pricing, which was also great. I was able to wait while they worked on my car. They have a television to watch and magazines to read. It took about two hours, which didn't seem long to me at all for everything. I was in and out and they did a fantastic job. They even drove my car over to the door for me pickup. Comment : We had a major repair. Had to have the main rear seal. Aj was up for the challenge and was successful. I highly recommend using this shop and I will be there in the future if needed.
