Comment : I needed service A on my automobile and had it done at the Mercedes Doctor in Trussville. I was very pleased with their service and the outcome. They are very dependable, professional and honest. This was not my first time going to the Mercedes Doctor and when I need any type of service or maintenance again I will call them for an appointment.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Went there to get my steering wheel fluid exchanged incl. filter for my G550. The dealership wanted to charge me over 1k USD which was unreasonable from own experience. After a quick research I found MB Doctor. Great service from start to finish. Work was done in less than the estimated time and the costs were almost 1/4 of the dealership pricing. I will be back!

Comment : I?m on my second MB. I had my first one serviced at Mercedes Doctor and was very pleased. I bought my second MB from MBBHM and had it serviced there a couple of times for recalls. However on my Service A and Service B I have continued to use Mercedes Doctor. I recently had a Service A done and they found a few things that needed to be repaired/replaced which was in line with recommended services by MB. They gave me estimates for those repairs and when the work was done, they charged well below the estimates. I?ve been very happy with Mer Doc and will continue to use them for service work!!!

Comment : I?ve been a loyal customer of the Mercedes Doctor for about four years now. They?re always meticulous about fixing my car whenever I reach out to them. Pam, the receptionist, is incredibly kind and understanding when I bring up any car issues. I?m also grateful for the promptness of the company.

Comment : The Mercedes Doctor has been servicing my 2014 ML 350 for over 3 years. I have had excellent service every time! They are honest and fair. Prices are much cheaper than the Dealership. If you have a Mercedes, I recommend taking it to them!!

Comment : Beware of Pam when you call this place. She is EXTREMELY RUDE and has no problem with disrespecting you. I called just to ask a question about my truck and in the midst of asking about my truck she hung up the phone. Keep in mind that i wasn?t rude or anything when asking questions, im very aware of how and what i speak. There was no reason for her to hang up and NO the phone didn?t go out. Ive called there before and she was rude even then, but i just let it roll off my back. But this time I called, it was RIDICULOUS! The experience with her seems very rushed and unconcerned about you or your problems. Unlike her, Larry is a breath of fresh air from what I?ve experienced. Mercedes Doctor if you guys want better reviews then you may have to allow someone else to answer the phones for your business other than the infamous ?Petty Pam?

Comment : I brought my car in for a check engine light that turned out to be a simple sensor replacement. When I got my car back, the inside door handle did not work. The door panel was also loose. All of this worked perfectly well when I dropped it off. When I asked if they would fix it, they refused. Very disappointed with the damage caused to my car.
