Comment : I have been using the Mercedes Doctor for almost 20 years. Larry Clements is the best mechanic, bar none. His prices are reasonable and I am happy to pay them. His staff is very professional and courteous. I live near Montgomery, and I drive to Trussville because of the professional service and quality workmanship. Comment : I go to Mercedes doctor for many years and they are one of the best car repair that I ve had. Larry and Wes work on my car most of the time. The most important thing I have seen is that they don t repair based on set procedures, like if it s blowing hot then replace the entire ac unit, but they take their time to troubleshoot the root-cause of the problem and then fix it. I have my wife go there or my son because they are honest and you don t have to be a know how person to make sure they don t ruin your bank account for unnecessary work. It actually takes around 1 or 1.5 hours depending on traffic to go there and it is worth it. It is a family run business and the front desk woman ( Pat ) is friendly and very knowledgeable about any car and she loves making sure that your car is fixed and safe to drive. The last thing is that I find out that a lot of people I know or talked with, know about Mercedes Doctor quality and fairness. Myself I hate writing reviews but for this one it s worth it.
