Comment : I brought my car in for a check engine light that turned out to be a simple sensor replacement. When I got my car back, the inside door handle did not work. The door panel was also loose. All of this worked perfectly well when I dropped it off. When I asked if they would fix it, they refused. Very disappointed with the damage caused to my car.

Comment : These people are delusional. Their base price for Mercedes Service B is $500. That's MORE than the Mercedes DEALERSHIP charges. I told them this was more than the dealership, and the lady's reply was "WELL, THAT'S OUR PRICE". Go elsewhere.
Edit: The owner has replied to this review. No matter what he/she says, they said their base charge for this service is $500, which is more than Mercedes of Birmingham charges. Don't try to sing a different tune now. Be proud of your ridiculous prices.
