I foolishly didn?t listen to my family?s advice and went to three other shops before using The Kar Shop. The other shops broke things, let cats sleep in my car, and drained my battery.

When I finally decided to use The Kar Shop, I called them and they had me drop my car off immediately. Within a few hours, they had an estimate sent via text that was streamlined for the repairs and my approval. I was able to select the necessary repairs, as well as approve/deny recommended routine maintenance. They communicated every step of the way, treated me with respect, and were extremely professional. The repairs were done in the expected timeline and my car drives perfectly. They even have a $70 referral bonus.

I highly recommend Michael, Amy, and The Kar Shop for all your vehicle repairs. They treat you like family and provide excellent service.

Comment : I'm a repeat customer of the Kar Shop. It was recommended by co-worker when I moved here in 2020. I've had 3 of my Toyota's worked on. They are always friendly and professional. When you leave your car and they work on it, they call or email you before they do the work. Their communication is excellent. They do a comprehensive report after they are done. So you know what shape your car is in. They priortize the work your car needs to you can budget for future repairs or maintenence. I can't speak to how their prices compare to other shops. I've only gone to Kar Shop. But they make it a point to explain that they charge for everything because their techs are hard-working and skilled at their jobs. They deserve the pay for taking good care of your car. They are good business and paying good wages is a net-positive to our community.

Comment : I was on a long distance work trip when i broke down. They worked diligently and efficiently to diagnose my problem, they worked with me the whole way to get a resolution. And was able to get me back on the road before the end of my trip.
