Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I have been using The Garage for my automotive maintenance and repair needs for a number of years. They have always been honest and transparent. Service is quick. Anytime I've needed a repair they have been able to get the work done the same day the vehicle was dropped off. Their prices are great especially when compared to what dealerships charge for services. I love the fact that they use BG products ( I'm a big fan). It's hard to find an auto repair shop that you can thoroughly trust. I had what I thought was an oil leak on one of my vehicles so I took it to the garage for diagnosis. It turns out that I was just a little sloppy with my oil change and forgot to wipe the excess oil from the filter housing. They noticed the issue immediately and cleaned the excess oil and the drip was gone. A less honest shop could have easily sold me parts and services that would have cost hundreds of dollars. I can't praise The garage enough for their outstanding integrity and honesty. If you are looking for a top notch repair shop you should definitely check out The Garage.

Comment : Had all 4 brakes and rotors replaced 2016 BMW X1 sensors and all. Kept appointment time. Was done in timely manner. This vehicle wasn't grinding or stopping bad. Bmw has brake sensors that are true. Work was done neat and tidy. Brakes functioning as they should. I hope last another 120,000 miles. Price was very good for work performance

Comment : I came to the Garage after another shop nearby that I had been going to for 15 years did not do the basic inspection on the battery (lots of corrosion) during a recent oil change causing me to need to call AAA. After this incident I was concerned what else could be an issue because I transport my 87 year old mother around.
I asked the Garage to perform an over all inspection as well as an inspection of the starting/charging systems. They found even though AAA replaced the battery there was still a great deal of corrosion on the terminals. They provided a thorough analysis of all systems and let me know of things that need attention. I love the idea of supporting a family business. They are fairly priced and I look forward to doing business with them for a long time!

Comment : I can’t say enough good things about this place! I’ve had my car serviced here twice now and both experiences have been amazing. Today’s oil change was quick, easy, and professional. On my previous visit, I needed a caliper repair and another shop had quoted me double what the garage charged me. They were honest, took the time to explain everything, and gave me an incredibly fair price. It’s such a relief to find a shop you can truly trust. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest car service!
