They stayed in close communication from the time I dropped my car off, throughout the diagnostic process, and right up to the point the repairs were completed. They spoke to me about prioritizing the repairs my car needed with consideration for a budget. They spoke in clear terms but didn t make me feel like a dumb lady which you ll likely understand if you ve ever been a woman taking your car for repairs.
