Comment : I got a new car and just wanted them to check it over for me. They took all day to do it first of all, I don’t even know that they even looked at it honestly because the one thing I was concerned about was the rear wiper blade. They said it was fine, nothing needed done at all and they charged me $100. The rear blade still wasn’t working now that it’s actually raining outside, and I find out there’s no blade at all. I ran it thinking they had said it was fine and the plastic scraped the back window. That tells me they didn’t even look because it’s pretty easy to see when there’s no blade in there at all. So $100 for absolutely nothing.

Comment : Checked more than a dozen places locally and up in the valley for a new heater core on my Nissan Xterra. Prices range from $1800 to over 2K and months out. Blue Lakes Auto, came in for $1350 and I got it in, in just 1 day. Two days later, it's done and under their quote. Excellently done! This is the place!

Comment : This crew is the best and the only place to go for your European brands. Top notch service, integrity and respect. As a woman that means a lot. Boise Audi was so rude to me I’ll never go back. These guys do a better job with my Audi and are playing the long game by being honest and prompt and intelligent. They care about providing the best service to you and your car long term. I took my Lexus to them for years for a perfect ride until I sold it at 239,000 miles and now they take perfect care of my Audi. I fully recommend these guys.

Comment : Scheduled to have three basic maintenance services done on my Porsche Macan. Only one of the services was done after being in the shop all day. The oil change they did was way over priced and the used the wrong oil recommended by the manufacturer. This shop is incompetent in every way possible. Stay away!!

Comment : We took our 2019 Chev Trax to Twin Falls Chev for an oil change. They had our Trax for 54 minutes. In that time our cruise control leads from the steering wheel (to the BCM?) mysteriously disconnected itself. Because it is a Rostra add on cruise control the Chev dealer referred us to Blue Lakes Automotive for repairs. We are in our 80’s and rely on our Rostra cruise control a multiplicity of times each day. It had never, in 3 years and six weeks (since it was installed by Auto Designs of Northern Utah on Riverdale Rd in Ogden) failed us before. It worked perfectly until the oil change. Yesterday we picked the Trax up at Blue Lakes Auto. It works perfectly again!!! We will NEVER let anyone other than Blue Lakes Auto work on our Trax! ! They are precious to us.
