Comment : I cannot recommend The Auto Shop enough. My wife is on business in Plano and drove down from our hometown in Edmond, OK. She noticed the engine smoking, so she ran it by The Auto Shop and they did a free inspection for her. Before leaving for TX, she had gotten an oil change from a local business, and I guess they wound up spilling oil all over the engine. Instead of cleaning it up, they left it to drip on the engine causing it to smoke when running. The staff at The Auto Shop were great to her. They gave her an inspection report with recommendations for maintenance items and provided an above and beyond level of service. If you need your car repaired - go to The Auto Shop!

Paul was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car and provided honest recommendations without any pressure or upselling.What really stood out to me was the quality of service. Comment : Came here for the state inspection. Awesome customer experience! Paul and Phil were super friendly, helpful and responsive. They also have the cleanest waiting room and even a play area for the kids. Will keep coming back as long as I am in Richardson area!

Comment : Once again the team at Jerry's saved my trip. After 3000 miles and being another 1000 miles from home I lost my brakes on my motorhome. Even though I don't live here anymore, I knew I could trust them to get me back on the road. Thank you Jerry and his team.
