Comment : I took my 2006 Chevy Silverado to The Auto Shop because I want to ensure I have no breakdowns on these unforgiving Metroplex roads. The entire staff was friendly, engaging and professional. What I didn't tell them was I was about to embark on a 2,000 mile road trip to visit relatives. The truck performed admirably! Great job and thank you!

Comment : Took my vehicle here for a check engine light. Nice employees, love their driver for shuttles. But they misdiagnosed it the first time. Even after letting them know auto zone diagnosed it as an 02 sensor. But they said it was a battery and charged 570. Now I take it back due to the light being back on and they say it is in fact an o2 sensor. They want over $800. The manufacture dealership would charge me a little over $500. This place takes advantage of you and not trust worthy. Only reason its 2 stars, nice shuttle driver.

Comment : I called and got an honest quote and quick response. Unfortunately my car is not drivable and under warranty at NTB but in future I will only be using The Autoshop. Thank you for your help- you have new customers in my family.

Comment : Had error codes, they fixed them. Found rats were eating electrical wires and fixed them also. Every thing as very good, but exclusive.
