Comment : Needed rear windshield glass replacement, Mr. Wayne recommended a shop that was able to see me short-notice, day before a MAJOR HOLIDAY, charge me a GREAT RATE, and had me on the road in 90mins.

Great referral.

Comment : I am not receiving a discount. They seem to overcharge then do a 10% discount AFTER overcharging. They are not friendly to emergency situations. They seemed annoyed with my emergency. They were not enthused about doing business with me. My biggest complaint is the OVERCHARGING. I was charged $440 for a tune up after I paid $90 for a diagnostic screening. I needed a valve cover as well. They charged a separate $340 for that repair and said it must be done together. It would cost more to do the tune up separate from the valve repair. I drive a Chevy Cruze. Average cost after calling around was $200 - $350 for a tune up.

Comment : Following an unsuccessful attempt to resolve a mechanical issue with my vehicle through a previous mechanic, I sought assistance from a different establishment. Despite my efforts to explain the problem to the receptionist, I was instructed to document the issues with the car. After towing the vehicle, I received a call informing me that the facility does not undertake unfinished work. When I inquired about alternative options, I was informed that they would not recommend any other service providers for this particular issue. In conclusion, if you are seeking assistance in a timely manner, it is advisable to explore other avenues.

Comment : August 15, 2024 Service Date: Check engine light came on for a 2012 Hyundai Accent (hatchback) earlier that week and found code P0269 (fuel injector issues) and code P0130 (oxygen sensor issue). Probably happened due to the engine slowly dying due to the ongoing excessive oil consumption issue that I have been having. I took it in that morning and arrived before 8:00am (8:00am is when they open that day). Wanted just the four fuel injectors to be replaced to resolve the P0269 code. I was surprised when they took me in and said that the work can be completed same day and that they had capacity to do this. After all said and done, price was approx. $1240 (approx. $809 for parts and $425 for labor). Add the credit card fee and tax, and it came up to approx. $1340 - so it was okay/fair price-wise. Drop off at 8:30AM to pickup around 3:00PM. At time of service, mileage on vehicle was 125,458. Special thanks to Tonya and everyone who worked on the car. It's has been running great with no issues since the service. I did come back when the check engine light came back later that evening and found the P0269 code again, but the check engine light went away the next morning - and when I took it back to them to have them see if the P0269 error code was still there, it was not. So I think we were good. Who knows what that was. Regardless, they were all friendly, seemed very professional in their work, and I was satisfied with them. So I would recommend. UPDATE: Posting this review 3/13/2025: as of now, there has been no issues with their work.August 15, 2024 Service Date: Check engine light came on for a 2012 Hyundai Accent (hatchback) earlier that week and found code P0269 (fuel injector issues) and code P0130 (oxygen sensor issue).
