Comment : Service Appointment for an Oil Change was scheduled with Advisor Alyssa Sisk. I arrived 10 mins early and Alyssa was nowhere to be found. Other Advisors paged for her over the PA and I found myself standing and waiting outside my vehicle for over 10 mins. Absurd! I waited for my vehicle to be serviced2.5 hoursand this was with an appointment for a simple Oil Change! Absurd! I received a text msg indicating my vehicle was ready and thus went to pay for my serviceAdvisor Alyssa was nowhere to be found. Was directed to another Advisor across from Alyssa's desk, who was on the phone dealing with personal life issues. Took me over 15 mins for payment. Got into my vehicle to leave and found all of my seat adjustments changed, my radio channel changed, and oily hand prints everywhere! Is this necessary for a simple oil change? Needless to say, I'm disappointed in the quality of work and lack of diligence and customer service provided by a Dealership. I will not be returning to this location again.

Comment : routine oil change, tire rotation, should be quick, took over 2 hours ,the work was done in about 1 hour but car sat since service tech did not do paper work, had to call and ask how much longer. Tech did not review what was done, no discussion of fluid levels, did not receive coupon for car wash.

Comment : The brakes were not done as they have a funny noise when pressing the brakes that was not there before, not right to pay too $$ for a semi done service!
