I was promised 5 free oil changes during purchase of my vehicle but due to my commute for work and mileage usage that promise (contract) was broken. There was no communication between me and yet service rep. He actually left and did not tell me. I was there for 6 hours. When told it would only be 2 hours max. Then the manager of service said he did not want to be there. Well if that is how the managers feels then I understand the service tech attitude. Will not recommend their service. At the hour and half mark they hadn't even started on my car. I was there for 3 hours and when I finally got my car the glove compartment was still take apart from when they checked the carbon air filter. When I made the appointment I was very clear I would be waiting on the car. At the appointed time, my "service provider" informed me it would be an hour to hour in a half wait. I told him that was baloney. If I have an appointment, that means time of service. Took it in for remediation of the Takata Airbag recall. The dealership declined to warranty their work from an intermittent airbag light which inconsistently occurred after the recall. The wait was supposed to be 2-2.5 hours which turned out to be over 3 hours. When I received my car, there was black grease on the carpet. Second time this has happened. The techs need to be more focused on the car rather than to just recommend services based on mileage that may not be necessary. They need to provide more objective evidence when recommending services or repairs. Some of their recommendations were done previously at another shop.
