Comment : Please asked the service person to do the walk around with the car with you when you check in and out. My car was there almost two weeks had body damage when I got it back. I believe the walk around was done after the damage was done. Because the car was driven straight into the shop. But the car was repaired under warranty. Plus for a 2025 that was bought new they had no loaner car. Be sure to do the walk around with the service person both times.

Comment : Horrible horrible customer service, you walk in the door and everyone just stares without greeting you, you just stand there for a while waiting for someone to assist you and most of them are not even on phones or doing anything, it has happened 3 times since I have gone. I took my vehicle for an oil change and a week later my tire sensors don't work. I don't even have a year with my 2026 gmc
Also my husband took his 2022 gmc to get the ac repaired, well they damaged the truck, it got hit somehow with another vehicle so they also had to fix that dent and paint it.

Comment : Your service department didn't specify that it needed air pressure sensor on one of the wheels.They may have stated that the tires needed attention or an alignment. Didn't see where it recommended the pressure sensor.
I had totally forgotten that I needed that.

I did notice that someone put air in the tires and brought it up to approximately 39- 40lbs. Which I did appreciate. Thank you. Great over all service and I highly recommend their service department.
