Comment : Service personnel are quite helpful and polite, however, service times are unacceptable. Took my vehicle in for warranty replacement of 2 diesel glow plugs. Issue was confirmed and vehicle inspection performed and reported day of delivery, but took 7 days to complete the actual work.

Comment : Did everything they committed to do and did it in the timeframe that they committed to. I used valet service because of an elderly parent that I am caregiver to. They picked the truck up, completed the needed service including a couple of recalls and returned the truck on time washed and vacuumed. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Comment : As always, it was an great experience when I bring my wife's 2024 Enclave is for service, oil changes, tire rotations, etc., etc.! Jose Branco was my Service Technician this time and he did an excellent job in all aspects!

Comment : Best place to service your vehicles. Texan GMC Service Department has the best customer service and is very thorough. I bring my 2022 Chevy Tahoe and 2024 AT4X for routine maintenance. I'm always amazed how good they treat their customers. Ask for Juan or Victor!

Comment : I liked the Uber that brought me home while I where I waited for my service to be completed and picked me back up when my service was done. A game changer when I purchase my next vehicle.
