Comment : The service writer had lied to me, claiming I needed a new tire for $400. I requested that they place the tire back on my vehicle, so I went to Discount Tire. They performed a flat repair and even showed me the nail and its location in the center of the tread.

Comment : I waited for over 3hrs for an oil service that I was told would take an hour. No one gave any updates on status and I was only there because when the original oil change done, they put too much oil in my truck that had white smoke coming out my tailpipe.
