Comment : Booked online which was easy! Dropped off the vehicle on time, was told it would be a 90 minute turnaround so I chose to stay and wait it out. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable with a decent drink machine for coffee. The service supervisor kept be updated on progress and work was completed on time, without any issues. This was a good experience.

Comment : Horrible experience. Took 6 visits, the regional manager and a ram care person to get them to actually fix the radio issue. Fix lasted 3 days and broke again. Truck sat for a week with nothing done and that was with a prearranged appointment. Just horrible service.

Comment : Purchased a CERTIFIED vehicle with Texan. i did have a misunderstanding about what i agreed to on the contract but I can say that the manger and finance manager understood and did everything to try to accommodate my particular vehicle financial limits. if you need a vehicle explain your needs and limitations. They will find you a good vehicle and if there is a problem they will earnestly try to work it out.

Comment : Exceeded my expectations done in a timely manner and also courtesy that goes above and beyond I was able to get Ubered home and service was done before the time that was given to me I also was able to be Ubered back very pleased with the service

Comment : The service writer had lied to me, claiming I needed a new tire for $400. I requested that they place the tire back on my vehicle, so I went to Discount Tire. They performed a flat repair and even showed me the nail and its location in the center of the tread.

Comment : I waited for over 3hrs for an oil service that I was told would take an hour. No one gave any updates on status and I was only there because when the original oil change done, they put too much oil in my truck that had white smoke coming out my tailpipe.
