These guys have been taking care of my last three vehicles, from my mini Cooper to my Overlander Cherokee & now my little Mazda 3. There is a lot of genuine souls who run this place. They also have a collision place.Terry owns theses places,I usually deal with handsome Rush and dirtbike Thomas .ladies if you get a chance, I don?t take my vehicle anywhere else but here for anything unless I absolutely Have to because they don?t do transmission work here or a few other things but they pretty much do everything else 1 Reviews Jay hamilton Sugar Land, TX Reviewed : 03/31/2026 Comment : I came in for a simple tune up and told them what i needed done. Of course they wanted to charge me Diagnostic fee. I said ok. Here it is 3 diagnostic fees later and ovet 2000$ later and i have more problems then i came with. Ill be getting my mechanic to check every part they claimed to change. I wouldn?t recommend them yo my worst enemy. They talk all friendly while they overcharge u for parts and services. My car has never stopped and now i can barely drive a block. Ridiculous. Good luck going here. They didn?t even put the screws back in so imagine what else they didn?t do. Carelessness could cost some their life or health. As ?certified ? mechanics they should be held accountable! 1 Reviews Barbara Sugar Land, TX Reviewed : 03/30/2026 Comment : I am a new customer at Texan Auto. Staff knows how to deal with different customers. They send out coupons, too.Update:I made a very positive review about the shop years ago. However, my very recent experience with one of their staff makes me take back all my positive feedback. My car was up for oil change and brought it to texan auto and I asked them to help me loosen one of the wheel lug nuts because I was rotating the wheels and one of the nuts seems to be stuck. Since they have the tools to loosen screws and nuts, I politely asked them for help. When the oil change is done, one of the staff told me that they tried but the nut did not budge. He proceeded in telling me that I should be prepared to spend $500+ if they try and something happened to the bolt. Puzzled, I immediately went to discount tires next to the shop to see if they can help me. I drove by their shop and a young man used a handheld drill and was able to loosen the nut like a breeze. I personally believe that texan auto did not even try to help but they also lied and tried to make money out of their loyal customer in me. I will most likely not come back to texan auto again.
