Comment : Teton Valley Auto es simplemente el mejor. Siempre me atienden de maravilla, tanto a mí como a mi coche, tienen precios muy justos y son muy amables. Los recomiendo muchísimo. Además, a menudo tienen gatitos en acogida en su oficina con los que puedes jugar. ¡Son amantes de los animales! ¡Todo ventajas!

Comment : Dejaron mi viejo Subaru Outback funcionando de maravilla otra vez. Mi padre y yo hicimos parte del trabajo antes y les encargué que terminaran lo que no pudimos. También me permitieron llevar mis propias piezas para que las instalaran. Fueron muy amables y comprensivos, no me juzgaron por arreglar partes de mi propio coche. Incluso cuando dañamos la cremallera de dirección, no me presionaron y la comunicación fue excelente.

Cobran un precio justo por el fabuloso trabajo que hacen. ??

Comment : They got my old subaru outback driving great again. My father and I did some of the work beforehand and I had them finish what we couldn't. They also let me bring my own parts to have them install. Super nice and understanding, didnt judge me for fixing parts of my own car. Even when we biffed the rack and pinion. They didn't push anything onto me and communicate great.
They charge a fair price for the fabulous work they do. ??

Comment : Solo para aclarar la única garantía en mi documentación es de Freeway Transmissions en Salt Lake para la transmisión. 36 meses. 100,000 millas no menciona problemas de instalación de su taller. El trabajo se realizó el 14/3/2024. Mi siguiente factura de Kings Transmission en Seattle el 28/10/24 es en realidad $1,204.22, fue reemplazar la junta de la válvula de derivación térmica del enfriador de fluido de transmisión. 7 meses después. Le enviaré los recibos. Nunca esperé que una empresa respetara una garantía que no existe en los recibos. Su factura no dice nada sobre la garantía de 24 meses.

Comment : Speedy and polite transmission replacement on a 2015 Suburban while on vacation. However transmission thermostat delete failed once back home and cost me an additional 1,000 dollars . I was stuck out of town, I had transmission shop inspection for leaks upon returning to Seattle.Also had front transfer case seal replaced. It is now leaking 9,000 miles later.

Comment : Warning: be aware of surprise charges and incomplete estimates at this shop.

I brought my car in to get estimates and did not authorize any diagnostic or repair work. I even left a note in the car explicitly stating not to perform any labor before contacting me.
When I picked the car up, I was charged $65 for half an hour of labor related to a power steering leak. This charge was not disclosed in advance.

Also, the estimate I was given for a head gasket repair required significant follow-up to understand the full scope of work. Some key components of a job like this which requires engine reassembly were not listed unless I specifically asked about them.

I later contacted the shop to request a refund since I hadn't approved any work. They declined, saying that they had put work into it by putting the car on a rack and preparing estimates. When I told them I would have to dispute the charge, they said "that would be dishonest of you" and "that's a really shitty thing to do," then ended the call abruptly.

I'm sharing this to warn others: before leaving your vehicle here, make sure you get in writing whether any inspection or estimate will result in charges, and carefully review the itemized list of repairs to make sure the full job will be done.

Comment : Cuando se nos agotó la batería del coche de alquiler durante las vacaciones, la maravillosa gente de Teton Valley convirtió lo que podría haber sido un verdadero aguafiestas en una gran historia de gente ayudando a otros. Nos hicieron un hueco, cambiaron la batería e incluso nos regalaron una camiseta.
