Comment : Speedy and polite transmission replacement on a 2015 Suburban while on vacation. However transmission thermostat delete failed once back home and cost me an additional 1,000 dollars . I was stuck out of town, I had transmission shop inspection for leaks upon returning to Seattle.Also had front transfer case seal replaced. It is now leaking 9,000 miles later.

Comment : Warning: be aware of surprise charges and incomplete estimates at this shop.

I brought my car in to get estimates and did not authorize any diagnostic or repair work. I even left a note in the car explicitly stating not to perform any labor before contacting me.
When I picked the car up, I was charged $65 for half an hour of labor related to a power steering leak. This charge was not disclosed in advance.

Also, the estimate I was given for a head gasket repair required significant follow-up to understand the full scope of work. Some key components of a job like this which requires engine reassembly were not listed unless I specifically asked about them.

I later contacted the shop to request a refund since I hadn't approved any work. They declined, saying that they had put work into it by putting the car on a rack and preparing estimates. When I told them I would have to dispute the charge, they said "that would be dishonest of you" and "that's a really shitty thing to do," then ended the call abruptly.

I'm sharing this to warn others: before leaving your vehicle here, make sure you get in writing whether any inspection or estimate will result in charges, and carefully review the itemized list of repairs to make sure the full job will be done.

Comment : When our rental car battery died while we were on vacation the wonderful folks at Teton Valley made what could’ve been a real damper a great story of people helping people. They squeezed us in, replaced the battery and even gave us a complimentary tshirt!

Comment : We were on vacation and over a barrel. The shop had too much work already but kindly fit us in for a diagnosis and fix. They were super kind and gracious. Their shop manager was the most lovely auto guy we've ever met. 10 out of 10! We noticed another drive up guy in trouble come in while we were waiting and the manager treated him just as professionally and kindly. Just a rare experience these days.

Comment : Great Service, honest, friendly and reasonably priced. They are not pushy and are very helpful. I've taken both my kids first cars there and they've been more than helpful in making sure the cars were in good working order. They've always told me exactly what is wrong and don't try to imbelish the repair. They're respectful and understanding. They've earned my business.

Comment : Absolutely the WORST repair shop in the world.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE, NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THAT PLACE.
My vehicle is ruined now after the work they did do to the part installed. That they provide failed.

Comment : The entire staff is knowledgeable and were able to accurately address the issue with my Ram. The work was great, the price was fair, and the speed was fast. Would recommend and will be back.
