Comment : I appreciate the full capabilities and professionalism of the team at TOS Auto Repair! I purchased a salvaged Toyota Prius many years ago and was informed by another shop in the area that they wouldn't be able to help me. The team at TOS Auto repair helped me address an issue that I've been having intermittently for a year that another company wasn't able to figure out. I have all details necessary when it comes to the remaining work I'll have done by TOS Auto Repair over the coming weeks and months to get every thing fully addressed. These days, having a fully paid off older car with high MPG is preferred to having a high car payment on something new. Thanks guys!

Comment : My mom began using TOS several years ago at my suggestion for her Acura. I have also been using TOS for some time now, and they do a fabulous job with our two Toyota vehicles. You'll not find a more competent and thorough repair facility in the Sacramento area.

Comment : I brought a pretty high mileage Lexus GX460 for a pre-purchase inspection. The tech located a couple oil leaks, one leak was the transfer case. Cost to fix would have been about $3,000. Thanks TOS

Comment : TOS is a wonderful business, they have gone above and beyond for me many times. I really appreciate the time they give to explaining to me what is going on with my car and I applaud them for their customer service, I know Im not the only one giving them a hard time, they are worth every penny.

Comment : This was my first time using TOS and I am very happy with the repair. The ABS went out on my Prius on a wed, I was told Monday maybe Wednesday the following week my vehicle would be ready, I explained that I use my vehicle for work and really needed it ASAP. The service writer worked with me and they were able to Have it ready by that Friday when they closed at 5. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

I had my har in this shop for nearly 19 days, I had some parts of the car stolen, Rick was really helpful to inspect the car and do the research and communicating with the insurance. Mitch was really helpful and nice to consider my hard situation and be generous and understanding. This shop is full of good souls, they’ll take a good care of your car with their expertise.
