Comment : I paid them a thousand more because people recommended them. That turned into a 5000 loss since I got junk for my money. The "Reman" transmission they put in slammed when it shifted and picked the wrong gears on hils. The owner said they would fix it under warranty without waiting days or weeks, but when I went to take in that turned out to be just more BS. See how they deny even knowing me in their nesponse. the term remanufactured is a joke. They barely make them go in my experience.I paid them a thousand more because people recommended them. Comment : This place should not be called Terry s transmission anymore It s nothing the way it was when Terry owned it. They kept my car for over a week and a half and didn t even fix it properly. They sent it home knowing that it still had issues and then when I wanted to bring it back, I had to go back in line For however, long until they could get to it again! Absolutely poor service.. I wouldn t send anybody there. They knew the car had issues when they got it. They knew the car had issues when they sent it home. Should ve been fixed properly the first time and never been sent home.
