Comment : My old 2015 Honda CRV got a engine oil leaking issue, it only needed a simple rubber gasket replacement. But today I have a wasting time 8:30am to 1:30pm and they overcharged me.

I've request from yelp to get flat rate from here to get appointment. They, first said it would cost $137 to get me in If I bring my own part.

8:30am.
I came here Saturday(Jul 26, 2025) with my own part. Gave it to one of guy his name Youhanna(service advisor)

11am.
He called me twice he said my own gasket part was not fit in valve cover. He talk about other valve cover part with gasket keep added things I didn't need. Also they take too long to handle just only one car.

But I said Yes, so I can get out there. He go charge me new valve cover with gasket $344. ??? that usually that costs around $60-$100 at online, and other I brought my own engine oil and filter, that was charge $40. I expected the total will be under $400. Also he did not gave me any print papper anything. First time he print out $137 show me and did not give it to me???

I think I was trying trust him haha,,,, just to stay calm and wait. But,,,
I was feeling strange what he said.. I was late to see other reviews saying the same thing happened to them, so I got worried about if engine burn.

Almost 1pm.
I go there just said "I like to cancel and do only oil change and that all I need".
He go "No cancel, you have to pay part $344 + labor, and oil change order fee $15 ?. something if not you cannot get your key back".
I go "This all I got my budget cash $400+"
He doesn't listen.

But in the end, I go keep making him for a discount and ended up paying $570.24 to get out there. Lucky thing I find my almost over limit card to pay off.

The engine is okay for now, but not sure...will see.

customer service here is really bad. they take advantage of customers. wasting time and money here.
