Comment : Went in for inspection and gave me Yukon with black screen, had to pay them for diagnostic, they had my truck did not do my safety recalls which I have pictures a prof of that had to take it to Riverside Chevrolet to get them fix and without a charge and took care of my blank screen

Comment : Can't say enough about these people. My advisor ( Willam) kept me up to date on everything my car needed and what there doing to it. I think it will be ready next week. But man as soon as I got there he took care of me. I told him I needed a car ASAP he got me in one real quick! Thanks to him and his team.

Comment : Smooth process. Freddie V. was so easy to work with. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, just straight numbers.

Comment : The service was great and the dealer was responsive. This 2026 Enclave was just leased and the battery core was defective after 157 miles. The one area Buick failed was not getting me into a car to drive. Cadillac always took care of this when there was any issues with the car. My wife was without transportation and my grandkids, 4 and 6 years old, had nobody to pick them up from school.

Comment : Always such an awesome experience with TV Buick. My service manager Mike is very transparent and takes good care of us and my vehicle.
