Comment : I had an appointment and I was met by a person expecting me, communications were very clear and the check in process was organized and timely. I chose to wait in the waiting area while my car was being serviced and it was a pleasant and productive wait. Everyone was friendly and professional, and when they returned my car it was cleaned and washed - a nice treat! Thank you

Comment : Excellent service ! Interaction between service and parts dept. about the key fob that had to be ordered was there upon my arrival ready for the programming of it pairing it to my car. The new guest waiting area is very nice and comfortable. Great job to all .

Comment : had a scheduled appointment, we arrived only to be told they were not able to do the work (JMA protection) due to it raining. i understand the reasoning my issue is a phone call would have been nice.There was ample time to notify us.

Comment : if you are looking to purchase a car Temecula Hyundai is the place to go.Nice selection of vehicles on lot. Great sales staff , Rashad was wonderful. Finance dept. patient ,accommodating and friendly.We left an item in our trade-in , Rashad found it and fiance dept.(i think his name was John) delivered it to my home 15 miles away.

Comment : Sales people don't know anything about the cars they are selling. Had to go the service department to get information about the recalls . The finance guy was also very knowledgeable.

Comment : The staff was excellent. The work was held up for a considerable period of time by the company handling the extended warranty. This was NOT the fault of the service department who worked through the red tape and pursued the proper service / replacement of parts. The repairs appear to be working great.
