Comment : They don’t answer there phones so ypu have to drive there only to be talked to rude and told a repair he ain’t got no time for that but if I wanted to buy a new tire, maybe you can make time for me

Comment : I had been having issues with a tire and was able to book an appointment for the next morning. I dropped it off before 8am and it was done by 12pm. They patched up my tire for about $35 which I thought was a great deal. It's hard to trust tire places but I appreciated their transparency and efficiency!

Comment : When I got the truck back, one tire that had pressure of over 30 lbs before I brought it in was down to 26 lbs and I had to go to QT to fill it up. It brings into question the reliability of the balancing of the tires I paid for. I figured for a tire store, and particularly Telle Tire you would get your vehicle returned with proper pressure. Overall it appears to me the service was very mediocre. I tried calling the store about it at 4:50 about it and was told the store was closed or too busy to answer. Yes, I am disappointed by the service.
