No stars on work vehicles shaking worse than when it went in paper work says they did road trip but I don't see how they broke a nut and then failed my vehicle inspection for it. Seems like it would have just been easier to let me know the issues so they could have been fixed gentleman explained to me that they would have to break the nut to put the tires on but didn't explain to me that it was going to fail safety due to it. I didn't want to pay the $130 for the one nut to be installed but if it meant failing inspection I would have gotten it done Josh knew that the inspection was coming next I could understand the crack in the windshield straight down the windshield can't even notice it
Took vehicle in for new tires alignment and safety and emission

Comment : Took to have new tires put on and have an inspection done we paid a hefty price the mechanic Gregory broke one of the nuts because it was stuck and failed it for said bolt and a crack in the windshield but when we spoke on the phone with Josh he never mentioned it failing just said it's done keys are there and your paperwork. we read the papers and learned it failed .very poor customer service .on a side note we drove the jeep home and it is shaking worse than ever.

Comment : This place has really gone downhill. Phone calls go unanswered and go go voice mail during business hours. Left a message no one returns calls. Tried to schedule online and I still have heard nothing from them. Nada.

I get it. Telle tire does NOT want my or apparently anyones business. I've heard you LOUD AND CLEAR and I will no longer even attempt to call this company for any type of service. Who the heck runs a company like this?
