Carol was so friendly and after realizing they didn't have a tire that would fit my car the called Kennedy used tire and got me one set up there to get it fixed. 10 or of 10 customer service. 1 Reviews A google user Fenton, MO Reviewed : 08/15/2025 Comment : Started out good, even agreed to having my vehicle front end aligned after purchasing 4 new tires. After scheduling my appointment and dropping my vehicle off the day before. After having my vehicle for the full day on the day my appointment was scheduled, vehicle was not ready at the end of the day. Left vehicle and received a phone fairly early to inform me my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Came in the office prepared to pay for my vehicle and leave. I was asked can I help you? Sure I need to pick up my vehicle. Then I was told you’ll have to wait we are a bit busy. Wow, ok still no big deal, then the new guy Paul was tasked with taking care of me, Paul was a bit flustered as he was having some computer issues. I reassured Paul he was fine and to take his time. During the transaction I mentioned that I had another vehicle that the check engine light had came on this morning and I stopped by an auto parts store and had them run a diagnostics and the diagnostic showed I needed 2 sensors replaced and asked if I could get it done next week, I was yelled at with the reply no it will be at least 2 weeks, there was no simple reply let me check the schedule, it was a flat out yelling no. So I replied ok I’ll just take it somewhere else. Now remind you I just spent $1200.00 dollars on new tires with them and have purchased another 2-3 sets for other vehicles. They have lost my business and any recommendations I may have passed along as I have done previously. It amazes me the people skills of some, I do wonder if Paul the new guy will be returning to work after the public attempt to humiliate him. There is no such thing as a bad company, but some people should reflect on their personal people skills.
