Comment : Telle Tire - Affton, MO was very friendly and helpful. They worked my car in to test the battery and the starter. The starter was fine but the battery needed to be replaced. The work was done in no time and I was on my way. Thank you, would highly recommend.

Comment : I’ve bought tires from Telle for 17+ years. I had another First Class experience from Telle staff throughout a challenging tire blow-out caused by a pot hole.

I contacted the Webster Groves location (my usual service location) to try to figure out repair options. Luke took my call and immediately began working the problem to ensure a repair could occur as quickly as possible. Luke contacted other Telle locations and end up directing me to the Affton service center. Mack at Affton coordinated with Luke to have tires ordered and delivered to Affton.

Once I arrived, Mack provided insight on repair options and was incredibly patient with me while navigating those options given the unexpected cost. Despite the challenges, all the required work was completed and I was able to address evening driving responsibilities for my family.
