Comment : I took my Jeep in to get the ABS light fixed and get it inspected, oil change, coolant flush. They did the inspection and called me up Friday night and come get your jeep. I asked what the total was and he said well it's the same as what the guy told you earlier and I said well we don't know what it was gonna cost cause we weren't sure if the brakes were bad or not with that ABS light being on. He said well it doesn't say anything about the ABS light. I told him that I explained that to the guy when I dropped it off. He said well it passed inspection so come get it and I said how could it possibly pass inspection when the ABS light is on. Oh well, that will be a cost for diagnostic check do you want us to do that? Yeah I wanted you to do that. That's why I took it to you. Once again, how can it pass inspection with the ABS light on. So they had to keep my jeep over the weekend and ended up charging me $194 for a diagnostic check and fixed my brakes. Obviously, the guy typing the information into the computer did not listen to me.

Comment : I said I needed an emissions check ASAP. The Rep said, "How about now." I was in and out in about 15 minutes.
Thanks
