Comment : I drove to Kentucky. Apparently without any oil. Took it to Telle and they said that was not ideal. They put oil in it and now it runs much better. Friendly service and I trust their advice on keeping oil inside the car. Five stars. 😃

Comment : This Webster store is great. I go here when the store by my house the Telle store in Eureka screws up my cars Not sure why I keep going there but the Webster store is top notch. I will be back to there. They do the work great the first time!!!!

This is the area the eureka store tied to patch. Not a great location. They should have told me I needed a new tire but didn’t. Not sure how that store functions.

Comment : 1000/10 Service!

Came in with a tire that had a bubble and leak from another shop a year ago. I know nothing about cars or tires, so I was nervous about getting taken advantage of.

Ryan was amazing! He walked me to my car and showed me exactly what was wrong with the tire and explained why it happened. He didn't try to sell me anything first - just made sure I understood the problem. I felt respected, not like just another sale.

He helped me find the best deal under my warranty and made the whole process stress-free. Rare to find someone who actually takes time to educate customers instead of just pushing products.

Highly recommend, especially if you don't know much about cars!
