Comment : Writing this review a few hours after having my car serviced, I am still blown away at the high level of service I received. After popping a rear tire on 44, I was luckily only a half mile away from the Telle shop in Webster Groves, MO. I've never been to a location before but I have been to Dobbs and Firestone several times over the years.
I walked in and Ryan greeted me promptly from the desk. I told him my issue and we immediately walked outside to access the damage. He assured me I was at the right place although they did not have my specific tire brand in stock. After some debating whether or not to replace the tire with something different, get a whole new set, or even wait until the next morning, Ryan told me that there was a shop nearby that had a whole set of new highly regarded tires and that he assured me that he would have the tires picked up promptly and could fit the replacements all before the shop closed that very day.
I thought this was incredible. not only could he replace all my tires but that he could get it done with just 2 hours remaining before the shop closed. Typically most shops wouldn't do this because they're in such a rush to close and end the day even hours before the bell has rung.
Ryan was even able to get my TPS replaced which was just the icing on the cake.
I'm truly impressed how the shop was able to turn my shit day into a lasting impression that will ensure that I have all my vehicles serviced at this very shop. The mechanics even stayed well after to close to ensure everything was in working order with my alignment and the TPS sensors. I, myself, work in customer service (Bartender) so I know how important human kindness and service can go a long way. Thanks Ryan and Telle for such a great experience and see ya soon for my emissions inspection.

Comment : I’ve been visiting Telle for years and Webster stands out in terms of service and personal attention. Ryan is incredibly helpful going above and beyond to make sure my (frequently punctured) tires are fixed in a timely manner. I won’t go anywhere else. Service like this barely exists in our culture and I’m happy to know I can rely on Ryan and his team in Webster.

Comment : We sincerely appreciate the wonderful service we received recently at Telle Tire. Staff were friendly and courteous, and offered highly competent services. All work was reasonably priced. We were pleased to discover that Telle Tire offers a wide range of automotive services in addition to the standard oil change and tire services. And getting a convenient appointment was very straightforward. Highly recommend!
