Comment : So, I went in because my vehicle was not starting. When it got in, the problem was the alternator. They told me the price and I was going to pay, when something extraordinary happened; the manager looked up my repair records from the other Telle location where I had the alternator replaced previously and found that the warranty was still good. He didnt have to do that, I didnt ask him, he did this on his own and saved us over $1000. That is the epitome of great customer service and now this location off of Oldham road has a customer FOR LIFE!!!!

Comment : On August 13, I paid to have four tires put on my Infiniti QX 80. On three different occasions I asked the front desk, Mykaila specifically, to make sure the tech put 36 pounds of pressure in each tire. After paying for the service and leaving the shop, there were 47 pounds and 49 pounds of pressure in the four tires. The maximum pressure allowed is 50 pounds and the temperature outside was 98?. Not only did they not listen to my request, they risked my tires popping with such hot temperatures and filling my tires to maximum pressure. When I called them back to let them know, my tire pressures were extremely high and not near the 36 pounds that I requested, they did not apologize and blamed it on the Tire technician. I actually called him back three times and they never apologized. Until requested this is a big corporate chain of auto service repair. I would totally recommend going to a local service provider before going to Telle. If they would have had the common sense to apologize, I would have never written this review. But they did not even have the common sense to do that. Jason, the service manager blew it off as no big deal.
