Comment : Read all of the reviews! Very questionable business practices.

They quoted my daughter $2,000 for a front wheel bearing job later done at another shop for $500. Not only did they tell us that both sides needed to be replaced when only one needed to be replaced, they also quoted more than twice the price of other shops. They told me that the car needed a new cabin air filter, but I personally changed it out one week prior! Oops...

Do your research before doing business with Telle.

Comment : A couple of months ago they replaced the whole front end brake system(Pads/calipers/roters)on my wife?s Wrangler. Fast forward, she heard a little bit of squeaking and got concerned maybe something was off. She called and they scheduled for her to drop it off. Long story short they checked/tested everything. Went way above and beyond to confirm there was no issues. It was simply just new ceramic pads in certain temps/environments can squeak a bit when still cold and even if there was a problem they were prepared to stand by their work and get it fixed at no extra cost to us. 10/10 service and we will be taking our Jeeps to them for service from now on.

Comment : I've been to this shop repeatedly. I will NOT go anywhere else. They are so kind so understanding so helpful and walked me through everything. They did a full brake replacement for me back in. November in one day beautiful work. In March I felt like something was wrong. No evidence of that just a feeling. To ease my anxiety i took it back. They looked over everything. They didnt find anything
He took his time explaing what I may have been experiencing and why assured me it was normal and didnt even charge me! I will never take my Jeep anywhere else.

Comment : Josh and Greg are phenomenal!! I can?t express how polite, and kind they are. I blew out a tire on my car heading out of town. They had the tire ordered and replaced for me in 3 hours. They kept me in the loop the whole time and were very quick to help me get back on the road!!! I can?t THANK them enough and HIGHLY recommend Telle Tire!! Professional and a class A business!! Thank you!!!

Comment : I bought new tires here in November of 2025. Things were great, but my car has been having some maintenance issues that we've been trying to figure out. My dad and I brought it here to get it looked at since the issues seemed to be steering/tire related. Turns out that my passenger side rim was bent, so I had them put the good tire on the spare rim in the trunk (which previously had a tire with a slow leak in it). They just put the entire spare tire (with a leak in it) and wheel on, putting the good tire in my trunk. I figured it was a misunderstanding so I brought it back today to fix it. Not only did they put it on the WRONG side, they also stripped TWO of my lug nuts and posts. They called me that my car was ready and told me that it was probably from when the rim got bent, but the bent rim wasn't even on that side. They quoted me almost $300 to fix it. They had JUST had the wheel off for rotating ONE week before, this wasn't an issue then, and it hasn't been touched since then until today. Not only this, but when I had my tires rotated here, they told me that my cabin air filter needed to be changed when I had changed it DAYS before, along with my windshield wipers which were also recently changed. To top it all off, the invoice was addressed to someone who is not me, but had the same car. The information on the invoice includes home address and personal phone number. Feels shady and unprofessional, will not be returning.

Comment : These amazing gentlemen are truly angels this morning my tire went flat with my 3 little kids in the car I walk across the street in ask for help without hesitation, they all jumped in and attended to my needs the manager. He sent someone over to help me no attitude wasn?t mean or rude about it. Just really a blessing to me. The guy who came over. He educated me. He helped wanted to make sure that everything was just done right and the safe for me and my kids and I am just truly thankful and grateful that men like this still exist just truly good hearted people this days a lot about the manger in the workers the care about the people in the work they do they now have a customer I would highly recommend

Comment : I called on a Thursday morning when my car made a loud sound and my front tire was flat. I spoke with Josh who said I could have my car towed there and then they would look at the tire free of charge to determine what?s wrong. From the start, Josh and Greg were upfront and honest and let me know there was more issues than just my tire. They were kind and gave me time to take in what they told me. Josh even pulled up my issue with pictures and videos to help me visually understand. I left my car to be further looked at and get a repair estimate. Greg even paid for a Lyft Ride to get me and my kids home. They told me the earliest they could look was on Monday. On Friday morning Harley called me with my estimate and said I could have my car back by the evening. Greg again paid for a Lyft to get me back to the shop. The price was reasonable and I have my car back and drivable again. I will definitely come back for any future needs! Thank you Greg, Harley, Josh and the mechanic for getting my car done sooner than expected.

Comment : They did not have the parts to finish the forth wheel of a four wheel alignment. I will have to return which is no problem. I was very pleased with the service. I will return there for future services.
