Comment : So I brought my car up to Telle Tire to get an inspection And they told me I need an inner tire rod joint and they couldn’t get the lug nuts loose because they’re afraid they’re gonna break them even though they installed the tires originally very disappointed on how they treated me won’t be going back to them They told me it was gonna be $1500 to fix it. And I took it home and put it up on the lift and there was no loose ball joints or anything like that. I was just thinking about trying to make money off of me.

Monday, they were very short staffed.

The Counter Girl was having end of month issues.

I was quoted two thousand dollars in necessary repairs.

I was shocked.

End of month issues Counter Girl reply was:

"Well, we budget for things like this."

I paid one hundred and thirty dollars for vehicle inspection estimate repair bill for multiple concerns.

Below are the inspection results:

A. Crack in windshield. I scheduled a Safe-Lite replace for May fifteenth. Paid four hundred and forty dollars for their premium service. Receipt and scheduled appointment upon request.

B. Worn wiper blades. Will be part and parcel, included with the Safe-Lite windshield replacement on May fifteenth.

C. Brake fluid level low - I paid one thousand dollars (receipt upon request) paid to Telle Tire last July 2024 for brake service. Now the fluid level is low. Brake service not performed correctly?

E. 5/32 and 7/32 tire tread depth - I have had to replace all four tires twice at Telle Tire because someone kept slashing the tires in my driveway. All these tires are eight months old twice over. (Receipts upon request) Are you telling me, that you sell cheap tires? Should I have that kind of tread wear after eight months?

F. TPMS light on, Telle Tire cleared and or replaced battery. Six hours after leaving Telle Tire Auto repair, heading to night shift work, the TPMS light came back on.

G. Oil fluid level low. I missed the Telle Tire oil change for January. You were six thousand miles past service. The winter was rough this year. I drive through seven ZIP codes, and over a state line, from entrance 61A at 23rd and I-435 to Exit 1A at Lackman and I-435 five nights a week.

H. The vehicle, a 2009 Ford Focus is sixteen years old, with one hundred eighty thousand miles on the odometer. It only has a parts value of five hundred dollars.
