Comment : Usually do not do reviews when bad. Went to pick up and price was higher than quoted. Was told they did a service that was never mentioned and I did not approve. This was a couple months ago. Yesterday they called recommending service that I never approved and was told they did it. Explained the situation to them 3 times. Told her either they lied when I picked it up or someone is lying. Requested they stop calling and we will not be back there.

Comment : Had the rear brakes replaced. Both Judy and Adam in the office were great to talk to; they were quick, explained everything that would happen once the car was dropped off, and they even remembered my name when I came back at the end of the day. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me; I got a report attached to the invoice with recommended services, but that was it. I will definitely be coming back!

Comment : Adam and his staff, specially his fellow female worker that helped me with patience and kindness. If you want honest and salt of the earth service…..and good coffee ( and I'm ???? coffee snob) this is the place. Most of all, they have resolved my car issues on different time on the same day, important when you are traveling.

Comment : Great experience had a nail in one of my tires on my Jaguar F Type R, they were able to service it despite it being a lower car too. Only $40 and didn't try to upsell on a million things. Good staff and honest

Comment : Had me truck inspected at another place and was told I needed brakes. They couldn't get me in for a couple days so I tried Telle tire. Not only did I get in the next day but they told me I still had 50% on my brakes and they could change them or wait and save some money for now. I call that honestly. Also the staff was super nice and helpful. The shop was very clean. I will use them again.

Comment : Car broke down while I was driving through town and this is where triple aaa towed me to. I told them it was my spark plugs and ignition coils, they insisted on coding it, it WAS my spark plugs and ignition coils. Then proceeded to try and charge me 1800 dollars for them. Dobbs technicians literally laughed when I told them this quote, and charged me 1200 less. That's insane. If you're stuck in town go to Dobbs, not this joke of a place.
