Comment : Had my wife take her jeep there to inspect the suspension. Due to the Jeep "death wobble". They did their "multi-point inspection. #1. They did not do as asked. The report said the brakes were worn to 3mm. See pic. They said the front calipers were sticking/seized. They said replace. (Calipers are -2 yrs old) cleaned and greased, like new. They said the brake lines were old and cracking. (-2 yrs old). They included pictures of the air filter, tire tread depth, and the oil dip stick. But none of the brakes that had my wife worried. The report said absolutely nothing about the suspension bushings that they were asked to inspect. I do not recommend this shop.Had my wife take her jeep there to inspect the suspension. Comment : I took in my Silverado in February 2025. There were noises coming from my suspension. I didn t take it to the dealer because you think it s always more expensive than $1700 and it s suspension work.Control arms, ball joint and alignment were completed. There was a snowstorm and a clanking and jolting coming from my vehicleI assumed was packed snow, then the steering wheel was sideways on a straight road. I took it back first thing.Almost closing time I called, any news?They d like to keep it overnight and I if I drove it home there were safety concerns. There were bolts not torqued, is as far as her explanation went and re alignment was needed. She was honest but unapologetic. Now I think I could have had a serious mishap on the road. It s difficult to find serious techs nowadays and I wasn t given any reassurance, apology or partial refund. The difference was evident when I drove it after.I took in my Silverado in February 2025. Comment : This was my first time getting my car serviced at Telle. I was able to get my car in right away. Their diagnostic was very thorough, they clearly explained the problems with my car, what was priority and what could wait. I will definitely use them again.
