Comment : Got an oil change. I was in and out really quick and everything was great. I didn't have to wait long but the waiting room was really nice and clean and comfortable. They even have a television and clean restrooms. Techway Automotive checks all the boxes for me.

Comment : Brought the car in for rotation and balance of tires ask them to replace a lug nut that husband noticed missing when he changed the oil three days before. Waited for vehicle when finished he was calling out what had been done rotate and balance and the oil changed . No sir I never asked for an oil change but I did request a lug nut to be replaced . Also told me there was a problem with the A/C unit the same A/C unit that they did over $400 work on 6 weeks prior . Yes I am taking prior receipt with A/C repair and my husband up to discuss with manager. I actually know more than an average woman about car repairs Daddy was a mechanic and so is husband. Comment : Dealing with Techway was a pleasure. They kept me informed as things progressed. I was happy with the outcome. I have one problem that should be looked into. When I got into my vehicle there was an empty bottle in the cup holder and someone's clothes in my back seat. It appears that someone was using my Yukon as their personal vehicle.
