Comment : Great service, friendly and informative. Megan gave me a detailed invoice and answered all of my questions and concerned. Even advised me on the stuff I needed to have done now and things I could return and get repaired or replaced over the next couple months. They photograph all of the maintenance, and send you videos of parts you need to replace. Great place and great price. I will continue to take all of my future business here.

Comment : Megan and the crew here went above and beyond. Even when it wasn?t in our favor of the diagnosis they found. They were able to make every step of process easier. They truly cared to get us our vehicle back and as healthy as possible. Wasn?t like most shops with a half hazard diagnosis and a band aid. They truly cared. Will return if any problem arises.

Comment : I first want to thank you for taking my disaster and putting it back together. I am thankful to have a truck that is running, and i?m thankful that y?all got it done quickly. With that said, i?m not giving 5 stars because of a misdiagnosis and lack care or attention to detail. Y?all said that my oil pan gasket has a substantial leak, while it does have a leak it?s not nearly as bad as what yall said it was. Y?all mistook power steering fluid and coolant for oil. My power steering pump has a decent leak, and more importantly my water pump (that y?all just installed) has a leak. From the looks of it, the water pump is fine, but it?s leaking because not a single hose was put on right, and most were not put on all the way. This lack of care has me upset. I didn?t come asking for you to do everything, but i did expect you to care about your work and put everything on the right way.
Again, i?m not angry because the truck is repaired, but i?m upset because there is an obvious lack of care.
