Comment : Deceptive pricing- On line price really isn't the price. Drove almost 3 hours to be told that on line price was only if we financed through them and had a trade in. Cash price was $3000 more than listed due to "dealer discretion and discounting. " Completely sketchy process. They ripped the offer out of my hand before we left. Don't trust them! Not worth the hassle.

Comment : Bought a car with cash now over 3 weeks ago and was told that they aren't great at getting title out timely but would extend temp plates as many times as they need to until it does come. Called and confirmed that temp plates were getting extended earlier this week. They said they would overnight them. Nothing came.

My last temp plates expired three days ago. Just called and got either full mailboxes or continued ringing at every extension I tried. Left a message on their contact-me section of the web page. Crickets. This is my last recourse for communicating. Now I have a hunk of metal sitting in my garage that I can't drive. TN needs title to register.

C'mon!

Comment : I now live in Birmingham, but I’m originally from the Gadsden area. So when my truck broke down up here, I knew right where to go. I needed some parts and I needed them quick. Rachel in the parts department went out of her way to help me. She cross-referenced look things up and really guided me in the right direction. It’s people like that that make the difference. Anybody can do the big things, but it’s very few that take the time to do the small things and do them right. Five stars in a big A+

Comment : Had a great purchasing experience with Team 1 and Dylan Metcalf. Everyone I came in to contact with at the dealership was extremely professional and easy to work with. Dylan did a great job of working through the process with me in buying a used truck. Would recommend Team 1 to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Comment : This place will sell you a lemon and then tell you the lending company requires a warranty when in reality they are only selling you that warranty to make profit. Don’t buy anything from these folks unless you want bandaids and a future with a big mechanic bill. I just called and spoke with the manager about Diane’s lies and was told my vehicle was a ticking time bomb anyways so I needed that warranty. I wasn’t informed about the resin put in the windshield to fill the cracks so I didn’t let the truck sit for it to set. Now my windshield looks like crap. Don’t get me started on alll the white out they took to the paint job. Take your money somewhere else
