The quote was 3.5x what another shop quoted for the same repair. I also had to bring up the oil change special they had listed online instead of the service advisor applying it.

Comment : The entire experience of having my car repaired at Team One was excellent. From the phone interaction with Patrick who got my car on the schedule the same week, to the repair tech who had my car repaired two days earlier than expected. Professionalism is what stands out within this entire team. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was given a walk through of the shop floor and it was clear to see the excellence every step of the way. The shop was impressive! I said out loud, "Wow!" It is so clean and organized. The tech who repaired my car explained a few things he saw upon inspection and it all made sense as to why I had an oil leak to begin with. How kind of him to take a moment and discuss the repair. We will be calling Patrick first thing when needing a repair or service!
