Very fair price 1 Reviews Crimsun hotz Sioux Falls, SD Reviewed : 09/15/2025 Comment : They were so friendly and answered all the questions I had! 1 Reviews Tamra v. Sioux Falls, SD Reviewed : 09/13/2025 Comment : What a great service team. From requesting information to getting out the door. I sent several requests for information on service on our truck to different businesses. They replied quickly and once I got there, the service was great, the work they did was exactly what I needed, efficient and I didn't have a ridiculous wait time like another place had given me. I was given a quote within a small range and by the time they were done the rate I paid was more than fair. Team automotive is definitely on my go back to list. 1 Reviews Michael mcclenahan Sioux Falls, SD When being confronted afterward they stated the price included water pump but never mentioned that in the estimate either. Very very sneaky place.Update to owner 9.13My Response to the Owner:Appreciate the reply, but let’s stick to facts—not deflection.I had the full timing chain job done at the Chevy dealership for $2,092 total, parts and labor. That included a lifetime warranty, not the 3-year coverage you offered. They didn’t charge me for the valve cover gasket replacement either—because they saw it had just been replaced. That’s what transparency looks like. Picture attached. They also completed the work in 6 hours, not the 2-day timeline you quoted. So not only was your estimate bloated, it was slower and less clear. And as for saying that telling someone “I hope you shopped around” was inappropriate? If that rattled the gentleman in your lounge or you I’m honestly not sure how either of you made it this far. That’s basic consumer advice, not a personal attack. If you’re confident in your work, you shouldn’t need to hide behind vague bundles, duplicate flushes, or passive-aggressive replies. I’ll gladly post the final invoice so others can compare apples to apples. And if your goal was to build trust, this response missed the mark.Look forward to your next reply—hopefully with less spin and more substance.'> Reviewed : 09/13/2025 Comment : Update below 9.13Be sure to shop around, these guys are nothing short of crooks. I sent my wife in with her 2017 Chevy Equinox with 50k miles due to a check engine light. They orginally sent her an estimate for over 2500 that had all the fluid flushes on there twice as they now wanted to check the valve cover gasket. She caught it and they just said woops like it was no big deal. Once they had the valve cover off they stated it was the timing chain being loose and that needed replaced. Estimate as followsValve cover gasket 388.90Diagnostic 124.95Oil change 80.13Balance shaft chain remove and replace2692.57Total of 3286.55 parts and labor after we declined 1000 dollars of fluid flushes.Needless to say I called aroundI can get it all done, parts and labor at Ultimate Automotive for 1990.00Or even at the Chevy dealership for 2150.I will update with their exact estimates as well. Both seemed more friendly then the crooks at Team Automotive on Western that is now owned by 12th street Automotive. I'd steer clear and save some money. When being confronted afterward they stated the price included water pump but never mentioned that in the estimate either.
