Comment : I was told TCM was a sprinter specialist , that was the reason I agreed to having it towed there. Since the day before I had it towed to a local shop that couldn't do the job . TCM automotive couldn't do the job either . They advised me to have it towed to another shop down the street from them . It was like since I was from out of town I was getting no where

Comment : Took my car to a new shop because it was overheating and I didn't want to drive it all the way to my trusted mechanic in Fort Worth. These guys quoted me $1,100 to replace heater hoses and $600 for rear brakes. I went to pick it up and the guy told me it was 3 Quarts low on oil. It was not. Ultimately I took my Ford Expedition to my guy and it didn't need rear brakes and the heater hoses cost just $500 to replace. These guys are rip off artists.
