Comment : Fixed our rental car! We couldn t drive home when the latch to the grand wagoneer broke and we couldn t close the door. After waiting for a new rental for several hours the rental place referred us here for help and they figured it out right away. Thanks so much!

Comment : This is not the closest dealership to me but I drive the little extra for the service, which is always excellent. I bring in my own oil and filter (they recommended it once due to having to use bottle service for a specific oil) and it saved me about $30. If I am ever in the market for another new car/truck I will go to them first.

Comment : Amazing Service! I was traveling cross country when I stopped for gas in Rolla and noticed a gas leak. I called Taylor Chrysler s service department and they squeezed me in immediately, even though they didn t have any openings. They didn t have the part needed for repair in stock and they went out of their way to look for it locally and to drive to pick it up. All was done in less than 3 hours, so I could be back on the road. AND they are dog friendly and allowed me to wait with 2 dogs in the waiting room. Can t recommend them enough!Amazing Service! Comment : Bought a 2022 Dodge ram and wasn't told the truth. Wouldn't give me a car fax, found out been in accident and a commercial truck. Wouldn't give me no papers to get license. And I was told read before I sign. They lie and I was treated like crap.
