Our salesman, Dalton, went above and beyond to accommodate our busy schedules and was incredibly patient as we worked through our specific preferences. We were very impressed with the fair pricing and the competitive trade-in value we received. Highly recommend working with Dalton if you want a seamless, stress-free car buying process! 1 Reviews Lara lombardi Rolla, MO Edit ReviewDelete'> Reviewed : 01/31/2026 Comment : From start to finish, this experience was perfect. My initial phone call to ask for service was answered by John, who was courteous and helpful. Service advisor, Terry Osborne, was kind and considerate of the situation exercising a high level of demonstrated professionalism throughout the process. Communication between us was smooth and easy. He appropriately relayed the information given by the technician working directly on my truck Never once did I feel my concerns were dismissed or ignored by anyone. They were respectful and responsive the entire time. Unfortunately, I initially made a huge mistake by not taking my truck there at the start of this problem. Originally, I had this service (water pump & fan clutch), done at Jiffy Lube in Rolla. This decision was made because the problem was discovered by a routine oil change inspection. Sadly, I made the wrong choice to just have them do the service. It seemed easier to just leave it there and just let them do it. I assumed certain professional standards, such as: being alerted to them using non-OEM parts, being honest and forthright about knowing there was a problem when they drove it themselves before I picked it up. Sadly, I shouldn't have. Only after about 5 minutes of driving out of the parking lot, there were grave concerns that were easily noticed. I heard a roaring engine and a hesitation while moving through the gears. Unsure of the safety of my truck, I turned around and drove right back to Jiffy Lube expressing my concerns. I had the service manager drive with me. He was not responsive to my concerns at all. Honestly, he was quite dismissive of me. I insisted he keep it overnight and diagnose the situation-the service manager reluctantly agreed to keep it overnight. The next day he called us for an update and spoke with my husband. He quickly dismissed my concerns, stating nothing was wrong with the service or the truck. My husband and I decided to immediately pick up the truck and drive it across the street to Taylor Dodge. I had called them earlier in the day and spoke with John who said for me to bring it by that day and they would be happy to take a look at it. They did a careful inspection and agreed with me that there was definitely an issue. The technician (Shaun McDonald) swiftly diagnosed the obvious problem. They ordered the OEM part that was needed, removed the faulty part that had been installed by Jiffy Lube. This was all done within a weeks time as agreed before service was commenced. Upon completion of the service, Terry made it a point to have me drive the truck with him to make sure we were confident that the truck was in good working order and the service was completed as agreed. We are grateful to have this completed quickly and without any further issues. I learned an expensive lesson. No matter what, I will never take any of our vehicles anywhere else for anything. It's not worth the hassle to deal with anyone else other than the top level service we receive at Taylor Dodge.Edit ReviewDelete 1 Reviews Robert garcia Rolla, MO Reviewed : 01/30/2026 Comment : They were really nice and sweet everybody says hi when I came in and when I left there was no stone unturned they made sure everything was great and wonderful they answered all my questions they even asked me if I had any more questions which you know when you get home then that's when the question start coming LOL but wasn't nothing I can call them on and they would answer still great place my second time getting a car there I think that's going to be my place forever thank you Taylor Chrysler Dodge ram in Jeep of Rolla I appreciate you guys thank you very much your friend and always Robert Garcia of Rolla 1 Reviews Doobie doctor wut Rolla, MO Reviewed : 01/01/2026 Comment : Cannot even time a cam themselves.
