They stereotyped me as a black person. They made assumptions about me. They assumed I needed to start a payment plan for my repair under the assumption I cannot pay my bill. When i pulled out my AMEX platinum card is when their attitude changed towards me. They quoted me one price. When I came in to pay they charged me a lot higher. They also charge a huge credit card fee.
