Comment : I have used Tarantino Auto Body three times, and they have always done a great job. They have had a few different managers, but the new manager, Michael, Did a great job on my brand-new truck. With only 5K miles on it, I needed bodywork. You can't tell at all what happened to the car. Even the paint, a new color for 2024, was perfect. I am so pleased with the work his team did.I have used Tarantino Auto Body three times, and they have always done a great job. Comment : If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Ryan and his team went above and beyond for me, and I can???t recommend them enough! My car was backed into and needed repairs. I???ve never had to deal with this kind of situation before, and Ryan made sure to explain every step of the process for me and helped me so much along the way. He handled everything for me, from dealing with insurance companies to making sure I had a ride to enterprise to get a rental car. The kindness and compassion on top of it all helped immensely. I got my car back a few days later and it looks brand new! The whole auto body team did a wonderful job fixing my car and treating me like an a-list client. Comment : Hit a deer back in late September of this year and gave Tarntino Auto a call to deal with my insurance claim for me. I dealt with Ryan all the way through and he was very transparent and communicative throughout the whole process. My '07 Corolla left his garage looking nearly brand new. He battled with the insurance company on my behalf to get me what I deserved. Couldn't recommend Tarantino Auto any more if I tried. Comment : We all know what a hassle it is dealing with car insurance companies and repairs when you get into an accident. Tarantino???s Auto Shop is the only place to go to make the process easy and effortless! Ryan goes above and beyond to get you back on the road in a timely fashion and in a safely repaired car! My family has used Tarantino three times for repairs within the last few years. Each time they have exceeded expectations! The workmanship is extraordinary, and the level of knowledge, expertise and customer service is top notch! The cars are returned in immaculate condition from the interior to the exterior. The most recent occurrence was when my daughter was hit by another driver. The insurance company was trying to save money by using old, rusted, recycled parts. Ryan at Tarantino???s was not having it. He was with us every step of the way. He sent me pictures of the parts, which were so bad, a stiff wind would have turned them to dust. These parts were crucial in keeping my daughter driving in a safe car. He fought for us and had the adjuster come out to the shop twice for inspections and had parts in good condition delivered. He kept us informed every step of the way. Ryan and the crew at Tarantinos not only care about repairs to the car, they care about the people driving the car and those in the car! Ryan went to extraordinary means to ensure the car was repaired as good as new, if not better!
