Comment : Had appointment to drop my car for repair. Nobody there! Worker called boss after I waited 20 minutes and he told me he’d be another half hour. Needless to say I’m going to another shop. Ugh

Comment : I would like to start off by saying, I am not one who normally leaves reviews but I must boast about my experience at Tarantino's Auto Body. I believe the man I worked with was named Eli, I had the most astounding experience from top to finish the communication was top tier, I mean I quite literally felt apart of the experience, I was kept updated and informed through the entire experience, and the quality of work was just I mean chef's kiss. You would never know I was in an accident. I MEAN IT QUITE LITERALLY LOOKS LIKE MY CAR IS FRESH OFF THE LOT. Also he and the staff were very kind and attentive. If you find your self in the Monroe, Jamesburg, Helmetta; or if you're just in need of a friendly and welcoming place who you can trust and trust to get the work done please check them out you will not be disappointed.

Thanks to everyone at Tarantino's Auto Body.

Comment : Highly recommend! Great customer service and so honest! They also really know what they’re talking about, I tried to order a part on my own, and they helped assess and find me the correct part AND at half the cost! Extremely fair rates and will accommodate at a quick speed to get you in and out without having to wait too long!

Comment : Had a great experience with Eli. He was very transparent and helpful throughout the entire process. Came in with a lowball estimate from my insurance, he was able to work with them on getting the correct parts/repair and to do the job right. Car looks so good I am very satisfied with the work. The bumper had to be replaced and fender had to be repaired (along with some other small repairs). The team went above and beyond getting the job done right and he even waived my deductible from the insurance. Highly recommend, will be coming back if I need anything else done in the future. Much thanks to Eli and the team for your work!
