Comment : I was recommended to go to TAC RV from a friend at work and I stopped by and spoke to Stu. The customer service was beyond anything I have ever excepted or experienced before. They were exceptionally kind and informative and allowed me space to walk around and made sure to check in and ask if I had questions. When the time came to get financed Stu and Dana worked diligently to make sure I got approved and taken care of. The day I came to sign the paperwork they walked me through the entire process and the techs made sure I had a clear understanding of how to use the unit and that I was happy with everything. Highly recommend this company. They’re a shining example of customer service that is dedicated to superior performance and dedication to taking care of you. Thank you TAC RV team and STU and Dana!

Comment : Transaction was easy and the pricing was good. They are a great dealership with a great selection fairly priced accessories and parts to go with your purchase. Sales was not pushy a they genuinely seemed to care that you made a good purchase. Scott was great to work with, very responsive.

Comment : Everyone there very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were greeted by STU, our salesman, we were able to walk around and look, take pictures and the prices were right there, no looking for them, no waiting for someone to ask, we looked several different places but always came back to TAC RV, We decided which one we wanted and Stu helped with any questions we had. On pick up day, so excited, met few more very important people on this team...JOHN AND DAVID, just two more to make our experience a great one. John walked us there everything we needed to know as new RV owners, then John hooked our truck up and explained how to hook up and unhook, also things on truck to know for towing and braking (great thing to know), DANA, in financing helped finish the sale and had found a overcharge, instead of saying. NOTHING, helpful pointed it out and saw that we were refunded the difference. GREAT AND HONEST. THEN go to parts, ASHLEY, helped us to get everything we needed to make our RV life as wonderful as possible ❤. So glad we chose TAC RV, I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVRYONE !!!!!
