Comment : Everyone there very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were greeted by STU, our salesman, we were able to walk around and look, take pictures and the prices were right there, no looking for them, no waiting for someone to ask, we looked several different places but always came back to TAC RV, We decided which one we wanted and Stu helped with any questions we had. On pick up day, so excited, met few more very important people on this team...JOHN AND DAVID, just two more to make our experience a great one. John walked us there everything we needed to know as new RV owners, then John hooked our truck up and explained how to hook up and unhook, also things on truck to know for towing and braking (great thing to know), DANA, in financing helped finish the sale and had found a overcharge, instead of saying. NOTHING, helpful pointed it out and saw that we were refunded the difference. GREAT AND HONEST. THEN go to parts, ASHLEY, helped us to get everything we needed to make our RV life as wonderful as possible ❤. So glad we chose TAC RV, I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVRYONE !!!!!

Comment : My wife and I recently purchased our first fifth wheel trailer from the folks at TAC RV and what a great experience it was. We couldn't be more satisfied and happy with our purchase and give a well deserved 5 star!
Dana, Stu, Dave, John and the entire team at TAC are friendly and cordial and couldn't have been more helpful.
Stu patiently walked us through several models, answered all of our questions and shared bits of wisdom from his many years of experience, thus making our decision on an RV much more informed and comfortable.
Dana reviewed our purchase documents and corrected an error that I had made on my check, and then had a refund check cut for me on the spot. We are truly grateful for Dana's pleasant personality, honesty and integrity.
Dave gave us our walk around inspection and equipment checks on delivery day, as he reviewed key functions of each accessory with us as we went through the process. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service at its best.
John, an expert tech and teacher, had our truck fitted with the fifth wheel hitch in no time and got us up to speed with hooking up the rig and operating the jack system in a safe and efficient manner. We truly appreciate his patience and pleasant sense of humor as we learned the procedure.
With the competive pricing, well stocked parts department, large comfortable facility, and atmosphere of excellence, the decision to purchase at TAC was a stress free one for my wife and I.

Comment : We stopped by around 5 PM on a weekday just to check out RVs, not really knowing what we wanted. An older gentleman named Stu greeted us kindly and patiently showed us different RVs, explaining the pros and cons of each without any pressure. When we found one we liked, he took our information and introduced us to Dana, who was incredibly helpful. Dana quickly pulled our credit report, explained everything clearly, and made the process smooth. A few days later, I came back to sign the paperwork, and Stu, Dana, and two other gentlemen took the time to show me how to hitch and use my RV. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable. Big shoutout to Stu and Dana for their outstanding service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Comment : All of the guys were very easy to work with. The pricing was straight forward and they were fair with my trade-in. Stu was a very relaxed salesman. He asked what we were looking for, showed us his recommendations, and let us browse without interruption for about an hour. Dana, who handled the financing, was friendly, quick, and thorough. Dave, who handled the delivery walk-through, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He had obviously owned several RV's in the past. I highly recommend TAC RV.

Comment : Had a great experience purchasing a new trailer from TAC. Was in and out the door in minimal time and they had exactly what I needed in stock. Sales rep was friendly and a pleasure to interact with.

Comment : We arrived unannounced after leaving a large national dealership which lived up to its poor reputation. We were experiencing auto trouble and while stopped to address the issue decided to look at some models on the lot. Our salesman Scott was polite and listened to what we needed. Though he didn’t have a model on site that fit our needs, he continued to search at his other locations. Meanwhile I was forced to perform a small repair on my truck in the rain. Scott and another staff member came to my rescue and brought out a mat to lie on and held an umbrella while I performed a 15 minute repair. This was above and beyond their normal duties and we were impressed with the service. We asked Scott to let us know if he found other models fitting our needs. As we were returning home we got a call back from Scott and scheduled to return and look at other models a week later. Before returning we researched TAC and were happy to hear they had a great reputation for service and delivering what they promised.
We arrived and were happy to find a model that checked all the boxes. Scott and his team worked to fit it in our budget and we will pick it up tomorrow.
I highly recommend their company.

Comment : Our experience at TAC was awesome, We worked with Stu and he really took the time to help us find the right trailer for us!
We searched other locations around VA and NC but TAC RV really made the experience stress free and enjoyable!

Comment : Very awesome people. Stew my sales guy was great and my finance guy Dana was great they had me in and out of there in no time. Will definitely be coming back later on to buy another camper.
