Comment : I have been trying for 2 years with RV dealers to trade my Clase C for a travel trailer with no luck until I met Stu and Kevin at TAC RV who made it happen. We love our new travel trailer. It is modern and beautiful and look forward to taking it on our first trip.

Comment : Too bad 5 stars is the limit. I had to drive 3.5 hours to get to the dealership. It was totally worth the drive. I really felt like an individual and most the staff I interacted with seemed to recall some detail of my situation. I started with email and text contact with Scott Richardson. He really listened to my goals and why I was choosing the trailer I wanted (a fabulous No Boundaries 19.4). He was not pushy but was very responsive. Then when I stopped in on my way to an event in Virginia, he was working with someone else, so Kevin started showing me the unit and answering and anticipating my questions. Then Scott seamlessly took over. Based on some comments I made he or Kevin suggested I look at a specific model of another line. It was an excellent choice. But after considering, I went with my first choice, now more sure of my decision.

When I picked it up, everything was so smooth. The paperwork was easy, the finance guy was very friendly but did not pressure me on any add one. Then the fellow who did the walk through was incredibly thorough. Then I was taken to the accessory and parts store and some specific "first items" were suggested. But no hard pushing for anything else.

I left and directly went to the KOA on Currituck sound which was a great experience. There were a lot of TAC RV tire covers there and folks I chatted with were all commenting on how good the dealer is. One couple had come in from out of state to upgrade to a 5th wheel.

Everything on the RV was functional. I mean everything. And the walk through was so complete I felt like a pro getting set up. The inside had clearly been cleaned and it was spotless.

I can't wait for my next trip. And my next visit to the KOA when I have them do yearly maintenence at TAC.

Comment : I was searching for a specific make and model and found one online at TAC, but it is located two states away and a ten hour drive. I called and spoke with Scott to see if it would be worthwhile to make the trip out, and he was very informative, clearly communicated the details of the trailer and the purchase process, and he answered all of my newbie questions without judgement. From my initial contact to the follow-up check-in after we got settled at our first campsite that night, the service, care and genuine desire for us to love our trailer was outstanding. I highly recommend TAC and sure do wish they would open a location in Georgia!

Comment : Terrific people, both sales and service! They have a keen eye for detail and were very thorough in explaining all the workings of the RV. I had a lot of questions and they were happy to answer them in detail and walked me through it. I would highly recommend purchasing from them 11/10!!!

Comment : Everyone at TAC RV are friendly and not pushy when you go there to look at the campers! My wife and I are seasoned campers and have stopped here multiple times to see what s new, we like to see if there s anything we would want! Last weekend we stopped in and found the new trailer we wanted and bought it!!
