Comment : Ms Dorothy was awesome in sales. Taking her time to listen to our needs and show us around. She is very knowledgeable about everything. Mr Dana in finance is awesome even though we didn't finance. He was great in dealing with us. Great place lots of friendly staff.

Comment : Shady business...... I went to purchase a $12,000 unit and they said I was approved for financing but didn't tell me the final price. So I did the math and it actually came out that I would owe $25,000, which they knew, but decided to not tell me. Why would I pay more than double for something??? This interaction was a clear indication that they are simply all about making the sale and they don't give a crap about their customer.

Comment : We've only had good experiences with TAC. Dorothy was over the top with her help. We didn't get everything transferred from our other camper until 7:30 that evening. She made more than one trip back to check on us. Knowing we hadn't eat since lunch Dorothy brought us dinner for us to enjoy our first meal in the camper.She went above and beyond being our sales repersentive. Dana, Jeanne, and Mike the service manager have been good to work with. I have a hole in my fresh water doing from a screw being put in the tank at the factory. Taking it in on Monday to get it replaced. There will be a re new for the service department coming.

Comment : I really enjoyed my experience with TAC RV and would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in purchasing an RV without the high pressured sales or the million phone calls after an initial visit. I worked directly with Dorthy Putt who is very knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for initially, then offered to show me those units that would fit my needs. I was also very impressed with Dana in finance and the team I interacted with in the service department. Overall I had an excellent experience and will be a customer going forward.

Comment : Poor customer service. Met an employee, Kevin, at a local restaurant and chatted RVs a few times and he offered his expertise. Following that, his crazy girlfriend Jess apparently was jealous and she came into my work to make me feel uncomfortable and flip me off. Find somewhere more professional. Very creepy.

Comment : Had a great purchasing experience here. I wish all places were as patient and kind as these folks were. My wife and I originally went there to buy a small travel trailer, but looking around decided we needed something slightly bigger. They didnt pressure us at all, let my wife and I discuss our options and walk around without being hounded before coming to the right choice. They also have a wealth of knowledge that greatly aided our decision of finding the perfect travel trailer. Places like this are few and far Between. Thank you again!
