Comment : I have been going to T & W Garage in Newport every eight weeks for ten years now. They know the miles I drive on a regular basis, which is a bit above and beyond, and therefore they tell me what should be done soon, and for me, what really ought to be done NOW.They have a number of highly trained mechanics there, and periodically trade off technicians but they NEVER trade off their values. I trust them completely and absolutely. They don't feel like some garage or auto business; I have been to many in my life; they feel like they are a family and they act and treat each other as such.Their prices are quite reasonable, their skills and abilities are just undeniable, their ability and willingness to work with the customer makes them absolutely TOP SHELF. I drive a fair distance to get to them. Triple that and I wouldn't even hesitate.With all that's going on in the world today, it is so nice to have a place that I can go where I actually have no concern at all. I literally trust each and every single one of them with my life. SERIOUSLY. You can too. Comment : T & W Garage was a great experience. They properly changed my summer tires to snow tires and properly balanced them to perfection. Another vehicle was diagnosed with engine problems and I was given a fair written estimate of the repairs.. I highly recommend this company !

Comment : I had a great experience at T & W Garage, are very efficient and very courteous and personable people. The mechanic seemed somewhat knowledgeable and fixed my car to the best it could possibly be and it's running great. The inspection was quick and thorough and passed with flying colors. And the oil change seems to have gone flawless , it seems to be lubing itself just perfectly as engines need the lube that they are provided with..id say he gave it one hell of a lube job.. Lol ..The only mess up was with the parts store, the hose that they provided for my radiator wasn't quite kinky enough the first time so they had to get something that was way more kinky ,everybody needs a kinky hoes.. I mean who doesn't like something a little more kinky anyway.. I will definitely recommend T & W Garage to all my friends and local celebrities and nearby friendly outlaws... Comment : Came to get work done. They said they didn't have time even tho the project would take 30 mins they think it will take 2 hrs. They don't wanna risk working overtime at all which wouldn't happen. A lazy place who really aren't helping anyone. Worked vehicle for 15 mins charged 100$ don't go here and get scammed

Comment : Took our car there asked them to fix everything wrong with it they charged us 3000 dollars to fix it and after we got it fixed and paid 3000 for it they gave us and another list that said it has 3 misfires and the cam shaft sensor and said it would cost another 3000 dollars after we had already asked them to fix everything on it and it blew up on us 2 days after we got it back from them and they would not make it right we lost our only car and 3000 dollars in all parts they made us pay for knowing the engine was about to blow up and didbt bother to tell us until after we paid 3000 for all the parts that the engine was bad! Horrible customer service and took them 3 weeks to fix it when it wasn't even worth fixing thanks t snd w garage for ruining our only car. we are a family of 3 and you took advantage of us !
