Comment : I’ve been a long-time customer, but this most recent experience was unacceptable. When I asked a few reasonable questions about the service before committing, the manager raised their voice and screamed at me. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the owner doubled down and defended this behavior. That level of disrespect toward customers is shocking, and it’s the reason they’ve lost my business.
