Comment : My son at UCONN had an issue with his older car, he called the fire dept to check on mysterious ?smoke?. FD deemed it unsafe so had it towed by T&B Auto back to their shop. Alex, the mechanic, as well as the front staff, were wonderful! Alex was informed and determined to help. He answered all my questions, dug hard to find the issue and was very reasonable on cost, which was appreciated with two in college! Highly recommend!

Comment : This shop takes care of their customers. I've used them multiple times. They do a great job. They are fair. They do not charge for anything that's not needed. My daughter was on the side of the road in a snowbank just a day ago and they actually got there quickly, got her out, and directed traffic so that she could get safely out of the way. You don't find service like that every day.
