Dont let your student use this shady place!My college student needed a tire, they recommended we do 2 instead of one and we approved, they Quoted a price and charged $130 more then the quote at pick up. She Told my husband while he paid that the tires installation must have costed more? . .. When i called to ask about a diagnostic fee on the invoice, after being on hold for a while, she came back and said and i am quoting her EVERY VEHICLE TOWED IN FROM AAA, has to have a diagnostics test run for $129.00, so they can find out for themselves what is actually wrong with it .With your own eyes - it needed ONE TIRE, we called and told you it needed ONE tire. We took your advice and did two! Thank you for taking advantage of us because you knew damn well there was Nothing we can do about it.Quote $314.00; actually charged $450Will also notify Aaa.Absolutely terrible. Comment : I really hope I can rate 0. An unpleasant experience in this place happened recently. When I asked if they could provide cleaning for my towed vehicle or take responsibility for it, an employee who claimed to be a manager responded in a way that made me uncomfortable. He had a long tool and was rude and pointed at me, making me feel threatened. The experience made me feel very scared and uneasy. I hope my comments will remind other customers to consider the professional attitude of the staff and customer service before choosing a service here.I really hope I can rate 0.
